The room was a good size for 1 night and only 2 people. Great view of the water. Easy to get to and from the car. Secure parking.

The tv wouldn’t turn on in front of the bed. The mattress was too soft for my liking. There was only 1 PowerPoint next to the bed.

pillows and bed too soft. water coming from bathroom into toilet area , makes it very wet, no extra towels supplied expected a beach view room but ended up seeing towards old houses/commercial building

Excellent location as we were going to Arts Centre and coukd walk there and to restaurants. Perfect.

The hotel with worst soundproof I have ever had!! Booked two nights for my holiday before work starts but was so disappointed. Never had good sleep for both night, neighbors were too noisy banging the door and screaming from 1am to 6am. It seems like many people were staying in a room or they have visitors. I can clearly hear them shouting and they bang the door so loudly almost hundred times in the midnight. The hotel should strictly look into this. Really had bad nights there… And the bed and pillow were not comfortable at all.

access to the entry was not easy when you arrive by car. no parking around to allow for check in and dropping off guests.

Great location for the venue we were going to, excellent staff and friendly welcome/goodbye, and a really nice room.

Clean good size rooms. Would return
