Spotlessly clean apartment. Good location close to Sa Coma beach. Was end of season so was quiet and this suited us fine. We took a gamble on weather being nice in first week of November and were very lucky. Big supermarket nearby and Juan Jo and housekeeping staff always happy to help. A very relaxing break.

Only negative was upstairs shower window would not open and no extractor fan so got a bit steamy. Also got eaten by mosquitos on the first night. Would reccomend you go prepared with a plug in insect repellant and cover yourself.

Lovely quiet location and very nice host, who gave us lots of information about places to visit etc. Iris apartments would be ideal for a family holiday - the beach is a stroll down the road, there are shops nearby, interesting places to visit, lots of trips, sports etc. - in fact, everything you need for a nice relaxing or active holiday. The apartments were very clean and towels were changed regularly.

Nothing really. No sissors, but we bought a pair. A shelf on the kitchen wall would be useful.

Apartment is spacious, a big advantage is two separate toilets with showers. A host is a nice guy who briefly shows you the best places to visit on the map, Checkin went really smoth.

You should think twice before using a washing machine. In my case, it almost spoiled my closes.

Very clean, very close to the beach (7 min walk) and almost everything you’d need. Amazing value for money. Lovely pool and great kids pool. It a small complex of 10 duplexes- so very quiet. Lovely out on your own personal sun terrace too. Spotlessly clean and very helpful and polite staff. There is a huge supermarket (Carrefour) about 10/11 minutes away by foot which had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

It would have been handy to have a few essentials like salt, sugar, oil, etc for cooking (things you wouldn’t buy for a week’s stay) in the kitchen. The air-con worked off a central system in the living room - which was very cool. However upstairs, it wouldn’t always come on and if it did, it wouldn’t do much good. Maybe the thermostat takes the temperature from the living room and assumes the bedrooms are as cool. In fact, they could get quite hot. A guide to the property would have been useful too. We only realised just before we left that there were more English language channels than we thought. Also, one of our party found the stairs quite tricky as the handrail stops half way up and with their disability, it could be a bit precarious without help.

Big and clean apartments with a nice terrace to enjoy outdoor meals. They let us stay longer after checkout and allowed us to use a small room to have a shower. Awesome stay!

Great location with an inviting salt water pool that we often had to ourselves! The manager took the time to walk us through the island, giving us some great recommendations. It was a lovely stay and we'd definitely return.
