The property was full of bedbugs I had to leave the property with my two kids at 2 o’clock in the morning and rebook somewhere else and I still not have no reply back I have pictures of proof of that infested bedroom I stayed with my kids

Air con would have been nice

Nothing, couldnt even get into the room and we arrived when there were no staff in the property.

Since we couldnt access the room, we had to spend more money to stay in another hotel. The IBIS was lovely.

Parking lot. Small room with private toilet but enough for one night.

Lack of an employee at the front desk. Customers wandering around in smaller outfits through the halls. Guests speaking loudly at the hotel entrance and corridors.

No breakfast, location was excellent, plenty of restaurants

The size of the room . Ok for us , maybe very tight for two larger people

You get what you pay for (in a good way). Budget hotel but given there's no ensuites, the rooms are more spacious. We only stayed overnight during a long drive - a family of 6 with two rooms. Was ideal. Location is good and free parking too.

Bedsheets not laid on bed but folded under pillow - ready for you.

I did not like the fact that the machine did not print the confirmation and when I asked for a VAT invoice to be delivered to my e-mail address, I did not get it at all and a week has passed since my stay at the hotel
