lack of fridge and ensuite in same room. felt like I had to mingle with other guests. that should be my choice.

Central to where to our event was being held. The style and comfort of the the hotel was amazing.

I won't take my kids there but very one is different.

Eclectic boutique hotel. Simple breakfast but adequate. Friendly staff. Comfy bed.

A second chair in the room would have been good. Expensive for what are basic facilities.

Breakfast was simple but more than enough. Hotel was very well located close to the fantastic Botanical Gardens and The Mill complex. Bridge Hotel is well worth the short walk. Loved the old school charm of Northern Arts Hotel.

Booking.com misled us with the booking as we thought we were getting a private bathroom which was not the case even though they have been told many times. Luckily out hosts were able to give us an ensuite room which was greatly appreciated.

We like friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, hospitality. It is a lovely boutique hotel and it suits us when visiting our family in town. It was our forth stay. We highly recommend it.

Beds, breakfast, staff, location.

Nothing

Continental breakfast was fine. Variety of breads, spreads and cereals. There was plenty of hanging space for towels & clothes. The china cups & saucers.

One of the hosts was sitting in the lounge area almost every time we came in. It would have been nice to sit there with a drink in the evening rather than at the dining table. There was a standard lamp at the top of the stairs which was exactly opposite our door & let slot of light in over night. Perhaps it could be moved to the other side of the stairs.

Excellent simple healthy breakfast with great plunger coffee. just like I would have at home. good walking distance to a local restaurant.

Such a sweet old pub with so much character. The owners gave us a lovely welcome and it was very relaxed and cosy to walk into. I loved the low key breakfast they provided downstairs which was just the basics of cereal and toast but that’s all I need! Impressed that they had plunger coffee and soy milk provided too

Having the bathroom separate from the bedroom wasn’t the best, but we did know this was the case when booking. The door to a small balcony was left open throughout the day and evening which made the hallway between the bedroom and bathroom freezing cold.
