A localização do hotel

Ficamos em um quarto terrível, um fedor horrível. Fomos colocados em um quarto que dava para um local com uma chaminé de um restaurante, o cheiro de gordura era insuportável. Os quartos de numero 201, 202 e 203, ficam próximo a essa chaminé, o que provoca um odor muito ruim nas habitações. No outro dia nos mudaram de local, o fedentina passou. Não sei se recomendo a outras pessoas não.

Funcionários simpáticos, localização perfeita com supermercado, farmácia, comércio e bares perto. Instalações extremamente limpas! Hotel muito bem conservado. Notei que os interruptores de tomada eram bem novos no quarto.

Meu quarto ficava na escada, portanto, toda movimentação de entrada de hóspedes fazia muito barulho dentro do quarto, à noite isso incomodou um pouco.

Wifi was good enough to run a Zoom meeting. The staff was friendly and very helpful even though I didn't speak Portuguese. The room was small but comfortable. GREAT location! Really safe part of Rio, very close to the beach and metro. The breakfast was charming and it was so lovely to get to have that every morning.

The only issue I had was that the A/C seemed out of my control. The temperature was fine, and I probably could have asked the front desk for help if it had been a problem (the weather was not too hot or cold).

Good location, good price, clean, good breakfast

We stayed with 2 little kids, wi-fi completely stopped working in the evening and the kids couldnt watch their cartoons, which is not a big deal. But while my husband went to reception tp ask about wi-fi the kids were making noise in the corridor (8 pm), and the reception staff was very rude with my husband because of kids. We didnt like this attitude. Also the room.was without window, only aircon to have some air. There are stairs at the entrance, was a problem to climb the stairs with heavy suitcases.

Wifi worked well. The location is excellent. The reception staff was kind and efficient. They even asked if I liked to receive help with my luggage. The room and the bathroom had a fine size.

The plates and forks/knives at the breakfast were not clean enough. The breakfast was too simple. The coffee was very boring and weak. The bed was too small. Made it hard to sleep well.

big staircase to get in.. no elevator and nobody helping. I travel for over a month with big luggage and was VERY hard to lift it up all the way.

Economical, nice area, good breakfast, clean

No much soundproofing so you could hear the road and the reception(room was close). There was a random pair of shoes left in the room but the room did seem clean otherwise.

The staff weren't that good . They gave me wrong information. The room very small and stair from the bath to the room very high and dangerous.
