Super propre mais au point de vue pdj léger et le repas du soir très peu de choix étonnant se rend compte qu ils n ont pas grand chose et nous étions seuls dans l hôtel à dîner..

El alojamiento dice ser un 5 estrellas, pero en la realidad, con suerte llega a 3 estrellas. La habitacion inicial que nos dieron no le funcionaba la puerta del baño, por lo que no cerraba, ademas tenia arañas por todos lados. En la habitación nueva que nos dieron experimente la ducha mas incomoda que vi en mi vida, extremadamente incomodo y que tenes que entrar de costado. El desayuno es el mas pobre que vi en los ultimos años. La atención de la chica que nos recibio el dia que llegamos fue mala, no fue capaz de explicarnos nada ni de mostrarnos donde estaban las cosas. Definitivamente no vale lo que piden, y no volveria

The room was comfortable, the reception lady was very welcoming and knowledgeable.

Location and breakfast not so great, the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work, the bedside right lamp did not stay on when switched on. There was no tea or coffee

I liked cold and hot milk for breakfast because I take cold milk for cereal but hot milk for coffee The location was okay. Some staff members were friendly and hospitable, some not at all. Transportation to places of interest was appreciated

The food was horrible. Flies are everywhere in the dining area. Breakfast: Sausages tasted like viennas The fruits were the same thing (watermelon and oranges) every day without fail. Yoghurt was available on some days; others days not Dinner: The salad (lettuce) was tired The chicken had broken bones and looked black, like it died because it was violated during slaughter Hospitality: I liked sitting outside, but not even a single morning did I find the table set, although I was booked there for six days. Secondly, I prefer coffee in a mug, I communicated that on the first day but every morning I had to ask for the mug instead of a cup Rooms: The floor rug was full of dust; one could even smell it, causing me sneeze

Proximity to everything that we wanted to do. Very good front desk staff and very accommodating kitchen staff. First day suites orientation by the front desk was very helpful and all services received felt personalised. The room was fresh and air conditioning working well.

Ontbijt was heel goed. Na een paar hotels gehad te hebben, waar ei voorgeschoteld werd, was er hier echt een keuze. Keuze hoe het ei gebakken werd en keuze voor cornflakes en er was fruit.

De menukaart. We wilden lunchen, maar dat bleek heel beperkt. Eigenlijk geen lunch aanwezig.

A nice hotel to stay in Victoria Falls. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff are helpful, and pleasant.

Far from the centre of town.

L'habitació era gran i el bany també. L'Audrey ens va ajudar a organitzar les excursions, molt amable. La piscina es petita però suficient.

L'hotel està a les afores del poble i tot i que tenen 3 shuttles gratuits al dia, són pocs i els horaris no es modifiquen. El taxi costa 10 dolars per un trajecte de 5min. Tot es força car a Zimbawe. Teniu present aquest sobrecost al preu de l'habitació. En un dia et pots gastar 40 dolars només en anar i tornar a l'hotel, ja q al voltant de l "hotel no hi ha res, i veient lo limitat de l'esmorzar el sopar o dinar a l'hotel no ho vam provar i vam preferir anar al poble. Hauríen de tenir més flexibilitat d'horari de shuttles gratuits.

It had good food options for vegetarian. There was a 24 hour guard in the premises.

Ad states that it has a garden view but the small room we stayed in has a fence and road view. Garden was small. Have to take a taxi to go to the city center unless you are willing to wait for the shuttle that leaves at 10 a.m. Poor communication between the receptionist and kitchen staff. The place looks more like a motel. Definitely not a Deluxe suite.

Great location very ideal for a tourist looking to explore Victoria Falls. Staff very cheerful and eager to help . The rooms are spacious and breakfast not bad at all . I wish we could have stayed longer .

it is far from town and there is nothing around. The breakfast has room for improvement as there is one option only (English breakfast), however they managed to serve avocado toast instead as we are vegan. it seems that there was just one hair dryer for the hotel. Overall, it is nice but they could offer more facilities foe the price.

Lovely staff. Clean and air-conditioned rooms. The breakfast was very good (compared to accommodations in southern African countries). Like most accommodations in Victoria Falls, this one isn't in the city center, so you'll have to rely on taxis (5 USD/ride) or the FREE shuttle offered from the hotel. ;) We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back!

There was only one option for breakfast each morning but it was great quality and very enjoyable. Fantastic bonus was the speed and quality of the internet which allowed me to connect and sort out a few work issues while being far away on holiday.

It’s just a comfortable place.

Outdoor esthetic, could spruce up the outside a little bit to match the interior luxury and comfort.
