La cama muy cómoda. La limpieza buena. Las facilidades y la buena atención en recepción.
Aunque la habitación y el baño son pequeños están bien aprovechados .
Se escucha perfectamente a los vecinos.
El armario se veía viejo y sucio, pasa una tubería por si interior

Excelente ubicación y camas comodísimas. Lo mejor es que está al salir de la estación y a la vez en pleno centro para moverte caminando a todos lados. Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Repetiría.
Lo que menos me gustó fue la falta de enchufes en las mesillas de noche y la escasez de ellos en general. La iluminación de la habitación era algo escasa. La limpieza podría ser más exhaustiva. El baño algo pequeño, pero te apañas, por el precio y la ubicación...

The room was very clean and the location was excellent. Good WiFi 😊
No real complaints at all but the room could benefit from a better cooling system as the room was quite warm even with the fan on.

so clean. a very comfortable room. the bed and pillows are perfect. I slept so well. so central and exactly half a block walk from bus station. great location. the photos online are accurate.

Thank you, this was a brilliant location, right next to the bus station. Small but with everything you need including hair dryer, towels and a fridge which was very handy to have.

The location was brilliant, owners so nice had a late flight home and they let us keep our luggage after checkout without extra cost. Very clean. Not the most spacious but would highly recommend.
Have to think about it. Maybe the blinds / windows, found them difficult to work.

Great location. It was so convenient for the bus and ferry terminals as well as being a short walk to the Cathedral, waterfront and restaurants.
Despite limited check in times we pre arranged our arrival and someone was waiting to meet us. Checkout was noon which was a great bonus too.

The location was perfect for is . We arrived by coach at Autobus Statiin. Just across the road. Our room was very modern and quiet despite being central Santander. Secure place in a large building.2nd floor. Lift available. Stairs ok.

I met 1 member of staff during my stay and she was pleasant. I booked because of its proximity to the bus station and it was excellent. I liked the coffee making facility. The bed was comfortable.
From the minute I went into the room there was an awful stench. It was like very bad drainage or maybe from a sewer. It never left the room
I woke during the night and that was all I could smell

Amazing location, just in front of the coach station where you can catch up a bus that takes you straight to the airport. Very clean room, nicely furnished. Heater was on at night which I really appreciated. Polite and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.
Everything was great. Maybe the mattress was not very comfortable, but overall very good value for the money.
