nothing to like about

swimming pool is worst and dirty , first day we arrived and they kicked us out of the pool in afternoon, you can not drink in pool area you can not eat in pool area, trying to charge us because their staff served us food in pool area but manager said this is our mistake and we must pay fine for it 500 TBH. I will never go back there and never recommend to anyone.

Price and amazing staff

Location, if need the Soi, need a scooter. if you intend on getting a scooter anyway then this is a great hotel.

Clean bedroom. Bath was wonderful and hot water.

The room was OK Floor tiles loose in room Very small balcony. The pool was not very welcoming. There is not much room round pool for sunbeds. Breakfast was not value for money. U can pick one item of menu and one drink. Which was very little choice. Had to call reception to come and take our order. The dining area was big, but had no atmosphere. Felt very unwelcoming. If we wanted a drink at the bar, again we had to go to reception for someone to serve us. Which again was not used. The location was a 40-minute walk to anything unless you wanted to go to the gym and do thai boxing. Then there was one rd full of gyms and healthy eating places. The hotel was on main Rd. Staff was helpful and polite. We did move after 2nd night as it was just so far away from main areas.

Nothing to point out! If I visit Phuket again, I will choose the same place to stay.

Super welcoming and caring. They gave us good recommendations and always make sure our stay was perfect... even when we got sick from a small restaurant in the city they gave us medicine..

The staff was amazing, very kind. They helped us with scheduling the activities we wanted, and gave us good and important tips for traveling in Phuket. The place was clean and beautiful, and the hotel's restaurant was very good as well. Amazing place!

The distance from the sea- we always needed a taxi. In many senses it was worth it because we felt very at home in the hotel.

not suitable for walking to get down to fitness soi as u walk down a very busy main road with no path , reliant on taxis or scooters in this location (expensive compared to other parts of Thailand) so if u are confident to drive scooter or car which we were not then u would be fine staying here. Rooms were duller in real life then the pics. we moved to place on fitness soi for 2/3 e extra a night and it was perfect to walk to everything. 7/11 gyms and fitness centres

perfect location with excellent staff.

Service was outstanding. Good value for money. I would definitely return if I have a chance.
