Perfetto per i fine settimana o per soggiorni d'affari, questo appartamento ben attrezzato, luminoso e arieggiato, è quasi così centrale. Scendete fuori e godetevi il meglio dello shopping a sud-ovest, passeggiate sulla cattedrale o semplicemente gustate un caffè e guardate il mondo.

Flat was exactly as shown in the Online description. Very clean and everything was in working order. Great location- everything you would want is within walking distance. Definitely would recommend a stay here.

This flat was the perfect place to spend some time exploring Devon. It is right in the middle of Exeter, close to shops and many sites plus a short walk to the train station to visit other areas of Devon. The flat was comfy, spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our week.

Zentral gelegen, sauber und großzügig.
Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung - zentraler geht es kaum. Alles hat gut geklappt, die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Alle zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Perfect for our 3 week stay!
This flat was a perfect location for us (an elderly couple) in the middle of Exeter's shopping center, Princesshay. Wish we'd known how good the combination washer/dryer was. It would have allowed us to pack many fewer clothes. Comfortable bed, efficient kitchen, good wi-fi, and straightforward handling of trash - all good. It was necessary to learn how to co-operate with the hot water system, and we still don't understand British baths. Those half-shielded showers in a bathtub just don't seem to work for us. Aside from those small things, we loved the place and would gladly return - age, health, and income permitting.

great exeter apartment right in the centre
perfect base for touring exeter and the surrounding area. right by the shops and restaurants, just a few minutes walk from exeter central and a stones throw from the cathedral
the apartment itself is extremely spacious for a one bedrooms place, with a very good sized lounge with picture windows. everything is in ver good condition and would definitely stay again if returning to exter.

very central and very nice
very nice apartment in an unbeatble location right in the middle of exter. very large and light, really good. Excellent communication with owners and so easy to get to, just a short bus ride feom exeter st davids

Apartment was great for us. Only problem was given incorrect information re unloading and loading which caused problem on arrival. Information for future bookings access is available from 6pm to 10 am just to unload or load.
Once this was resolved the next day, accommodation was extremely good

Excelllent apartment in great location
Superb central location right by all the shops & restaurants. Lovely inside and extremely spacious and light for just a 1 bedroom place. Really could not have asked for more

great location, beautiful apartment
Booked here for a 3 day stay and could not have been more impressed. The location is outstanding. Loads of restaurants just a few steps from the block. The main shopping centre is right outside & the cathedral maybe 100m away.
The place itself is very nice with big picture windows & well equipped kitchen. Will be back.
