Questo elegante appartamento è stato completamente rinnovato nell'aprile del 2017 ad un livello molto alto, con mobili nuovi di zecca, letti di alta qualità, e ora nel gennaio 2019 il bagno privato ha subito un completo rimodellamento con il restyling della camera da letto principale dando questo Stupendo appartamento il fattore wow dal momento in cui entri, un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi, distendersi e godersi appieno le tue vacanze. L'appartamento dispone di connessione Internet e WiFi in fibra e di una selezione completa di canali TV in inglese, olandese, tedesco, francese, svedese, spagnolo e altro, oltre a video gratuiti su richiesta. Idealmente situato nella tranquilla zona di El Portet, a solo 1 minuto a piedi dal cosmopolita villaggio di pescatori di Moraira, con la sua spiaggia con Bandiera Blu e un'ampia selezione di ristoranti, bar e negozi. Entrando nell'appartamento luminoso e arioso, i panorami sono semplicemente sbalorditivi e si affacciano sul porto turistico di Moraira, sul mare e su Calpe Rock. La terrazza è esposta a sud, quindi ha il sole estivo e invernale per godere tutto l'anno, con comodi mobili da salotto per rendere questo un luogo perfetto per gustare la colazione, il pranzo, la cena o semplicemente un bicchiere di vino rilassante mentre vi godete il panorama e il suono delle onde C'è una cucina molto moderna ben attrezzata con lavastoviglie, forno, piano cottura e un ripostiglio con lavatrice e asciugatrice. L'appartamento dispone di due deliziose camere progettate per il comfort e il relax, una delle quali è la suite matrimoniale con il suo caratteristico balcone privato che illumina il design e si affaccia sulla tranquilla via El Portet, la suite dispone anche di uno spogliatoio / studio molto ben attrezzato di nuovo con un balcone privato e un elegante bagno con ampia doccia, il tutto può essere chiuso con una porta per la privacy dal resto dell'appartamento. Il bagno per gli ospiti ha anche una doccia. C'è un parcheggio privato che viene fornito con l'appartamento che ha accesso all'ascensore dal parcheggio sotterraneo e l'ingresso della strada. Mantieni fresco in estate e caldo in inverno con l'impianto di climatizzazione centralizzato. La bellissima baia e spiaggia di El Portet si trova a soli 10 minuti a piedi, quindi se siete alla ricerca di un rifugio tranquillo ma centrale, per trascorrere una vacanza in famiglia o per una fuga romantica, questo delizioso appartamento è perfetto.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this clean spacious apartment. The air conditioning system is super and much appreciated in the August temperatures. Things have been very well thought out such as a plug point next to a huge mirror in the bathroom and excellent storage/hanging space. The views from the balcony are amazing. It’s nice and shaded for breakfast then the sun works its way round in the afternoon. The apartment is an easy flight of steps away from the centre but is very quiet. Paula and her son Elliot met us and managed to get us an early check which was appreciated and showed us round and made it clear she was there for any problems of which there were none or for local information on restaurants etc. we would certainly return. The only point which is just an observation not a criticism is that the small shower room is very small. I am
5ft 9 and my husband is 6ft 3 so we couldn’t use the second shower. It would be fine for children/small adults and at least the other shower is a large walk in one. We are out every night,but the apartment has all you need should you wish to eat in. Thanks Paula and good luck Elliot

From booking, communication has been excellent with Paula. She answered any questions promptly and met us on arrival. The apartment is spacious and very clean with excellent views of the marina and sea. We arrived during a local fiesta which made it extra special. Excellent location, lots of fabulous restaurants - we ate in a different one each night. Very highly recommended 😊

Everything about the apartment was great. Very clean, really nice modern decor, very comfortable beds and a wonderful balcony with amazing view. The location was prefect for walking to all the local bars, cafes, restaurants and beaches. Everything ran very smooothly as Paula was a great host who kept in touch and was very helpful if we needed any information. Will definetly go back again.

Firstly, let me say that I am quite picky. Paula’s condo was AMAZING! The property is even better than pictured and the location is perfect. You only need to walk out the door & you are just a small stairway from the seafront with all of its shops and restaurants. The condo was immaculately clean & well appointed. Three balconies were such a delight! Paula was an amazing person and host. The followed some of her recommendations & they were wonderful. We hated to leave but can confidently recommend this property to anyone. Thanks again Paula!

Our stay was so amazing that we will be looking to go again next year. Everything was on point, the apartment was modern and fresh, we had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. So much choices and the good thing was that all shops, beaches and restaurants were a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment right in the heart of Moraira. Beautiful sea views and a 2 minute walk to all of the shops and restaurants. A proper home from home and Paula couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish. Reecently enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, it literally has everything you would need for a relaxing holiday with a view from the balcony that we'll remember for a long time. Communication with Paula was efficient and she kindly met us to show us the apartment and answer any questions we had about the AC, TV or Wifi etc - A real home from home with all high end furnishings, bedding and kitchen equipment, many thanks for providing such a beautiful property to the holiday rental market.

Paula was an excellent, friendly and efficient property manager.
Although there were unexpected problems with the apartment next door that impacted on the lovely apartment we booked, Paula immediately dealt with all the issues with ease. We had a lovely holiday, Moraira is a fabulous resort and we will be returning as soon as life returns to normal due to the Coronavirus.

Great comfort
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in this apartment. Everything we needed was there. It felt very homely; comfortable seating and luxurious beds, beautiful artwork and wonderful views of the coast.
The weather was pleasantly warm for January. We were there when Storm Gloria came for 2 days which caused a lot of excitement and not too much damage in Moraira. Paula helped us enormously and was always on call when we needed her. We would certainly recommend this property to others.

Lovely apartment and contained everything you could want or need. Felt like a home from home. Fantastic location and although the underground car park was narrow it was great to have somewhere cool to park the car. Paula was very helpful and polite.

Undiscovered Moraira
We spent 16 nights in this very comfortable and superbly equipped apartment. The beds were especially comfortable and the master bathroom’s walk-in shower was brilliant. Paula met us on arrival and explained everything perfectly, she has a wonderful personality. The location was perfect in fact we didn’t use our car much at all because it was an easy walk everywhere. The shops were as good as anywhere with small privately owned boutiques with exceptional choices. The car parking in the garage was challenging so we parked on the street, if you do use the garage get a very small car.
We were there in May so the balcony got the sun about 4 until sunset.
We can highly recommend this apartment and will hopefully return.

High quality apartment with a superb view of the sea.
We had an enjoyable stay in Moraira. The property was beautifully furnished and all needs were catered for. The artwork and the lighting had been carefully chosen. The bed was very comfortable and the dressing room helped to keep everything tidy. Moraira offers plenty of restaurants and shops and the position of the apartment means it is easy to walk everywhere. All went smoothly on arrival as our agent met us and showed us the property including taking us to see the local restaurants and shops.

We had a wonderful time in Moraira. The apartment was well located near the sea, restaurants and shops. The apartment has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. It was clean. Well equipped for cooking. The range of TV channels was great. Wi-Fi worked well. Beds were comfortable. Shower rooms immaculate. The balcony was a great place to relax in the sun overlooking the sea.

Well equipped apartment in a good location.
The apartment has everything needed for a great holiday, with probably the most comfortable bed we've had on holiday. The location was excellent with the added bonus of being able to watch the Moors & Christians parade from the front balcony ( recommended if you can go in June ). Paula was very helpful and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay. Paula was so helpful and on hand for anything we needed.
The apartment is very well equipped, modern and absolutely spotless. We travelled with our 6 month old baby and the apartment was perfect, gorgeous shops, restaurants and beach right on your doorstep plus the added bonus of private parking.
We would stay here again as it’s an ideal base for exploring the area, I cannot recomend it enough. Throughout our stay we did not come up with anything negative to comment on.

Fabulous apartment with stunning views!
Arriving at the apartment and met by Paula, we were delighted with our friendly welcome and found the apartment to be even better than we expected. Spacious and spotlessly clean, it is beautifully furnished and decorated, with comfortable seating, a kitchen fully equipped for cooking delicious meals and everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. A special feature were the extra comfortable beds covered in warm duvets and throws for extra warmth (we visited in February). As well as the stunning views over the sea, marina and town with mountains in the distance, the balcony had more comfortable seating and was sheltered enough to sit out for breakfast and again in the evening to watch the sensational sunsets. The apartment is a very short walk from the town, with restaurants, bars, wonderful shopping and the seafront which has plenty of seating for those sunny days and a clean sandy beach complete with cafe.
We absolutely loved the apartment and had a wonderful holiday - will definitely recommend this place and hope to return!
