I have stayed a few times unfortunately some of the rooms need a refresher.

Check in staff told me that there was no such thing as a one bedroom suite with a solid door between the bedroom and the living room, even though I’d called ahead and someone on staff did tell me exactly which room to reserve for exactly this feature. They even argued with me about it and implied that I was the one who made the mistake. Then when we entered the room lo and behold there was a door. Front desk staff should know basic room inventory and features and avoid gaslighting guests if they are poorly informed.

I always stay at this Holiday Inn when visiting family. There are decent restaurants within walking as well as shopping, fuel, freeway access and coffee shops. The Holiday Inn staff was friendly and the manager was actively walking the outside property checking it out and picking up trash. Their breakfast is always decent with many options and their coffee supplies are great. I appreciate the in room refrigerator, microwave and keurig. The air conditioner was in great working order as was the TV. These things are what makes the stay nicer and shows the level of care given by the staff.

Everything is good except the upper floor (I am on second floor) have strong noise when people walking.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly. However the hotel is old and the standard lower than other Holiday Inn Express hotels. There was some mold in the ceiling in the shower, and no bathroom fan. The power went out several times during our stay- don’t know if it was an internal problem or if it was in the neighborhood due to the heat. The refrigerator turned off most likely because of the power outage.

Bed was comfortable , but I don't like micro fiber sheets. maid forgot to fill soap container so there was no soap till we complained, maid didn't refill in room coffee and tea elements.

There is absolutely NO insulation between rooms or floors. Our family had 7 rooms and the only one not complaining of noise was on the 4th floor.

We just arrived a couple of hours ago, but are pleased with the quiet, as well as the close proximity to I-5 and restaurants in easy walking distance.

Our stay started out nicely due to the great check in service we received. Michael went above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied with everything to do with our check in experience. He is truly an asset to the property. Also gave great information and directions to places we asked about.

Could not get a/c to stay on and room was way too warm. Rooms should HAVE TO HAVE DOORS THAT SLOWLY CLOSE!! Slamming doors are constantly waking you up from sleep. Same thing in all hotels.

Very clean. Location is convenient and close to restaurants. Very nice buffet breakfast, cookies in the lobby and water bottles offered on arrival. Highly recommend.

If there is any hotel that has any questions on how to treat their guests, I would recommend they stay one night at this hotel. Clark is the most professional and courteous associate I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
