I was on there for two days from Friday evening. Got there like 930 and left Sunday morning, but it was a nice day. Breakfast was good but other than that everything was good the quietness peacefulness. It was really good just not two days. I didn’t enjoy my state. I was there for funeral.

There were a few small issues with the room which were quickly resolved. The front desk manager, Tawana, apologized and gave us two vouchers for breakfast the next day. We had dinner at the Dennys there and were very satisfied. Our server, Princess, was friendly and efficient. We will stay there again in future

I was disappointed to find that your hotel is not a regular Holiday Inn, but an IHG hotel attached to a Denny's restaurant. It did not have a free breakfast, is a very old building, kinda musty and in need of a real upgrade.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. There were many “workers” staying there. Large party next door but they were really nice about moving me. It was very muggy in the room. Bugs were in the shower and the bathroom floor was dirty.

The room has a terrible stench when we walked in. We were also approached by two individuals in parking lot that were asking for money.

This is an old property and the room smell like mildew or old cigarettes smoke. The hotel needs to be updated – it’s more like a motel. Very disappointed! Not up to Holiday Inn standards

The property is very old. Needs remodel. The ceiling is dirty. The carpets are worn out. Common area doors don’t lock.

I like the location off the interstate. I like the availability of Denneys. The hotel is a little run down-carpets are dirty. We arrived late and no one was at the desk. I had to call and ring the phone for assistance. I’ve stayed there several times and hope to again.

Nice staff. Great breakfast but, the plumbing needs to be updated! Hard to turn on shower due to damaged handle and the water at best was lukewarm

The property is older but well taken care of. The pool was crystal clear and maintained well! Most standout was the great staff, who were friendly, helpful and made checkin a breeze, which after a long drive was the especially appreciated.

Great hotel for quick overnight. Great check in. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Great breakfast at Dennys. Older smaller tv and clicker didnt work. Exxellent front desk people. Right off the highway.

Had Dennys on site 24 hrs which was very good. Carpet in room was very dirty. Bathroom sink water did not go down quickly must be clogged somewhere. When told morning front desk attendant she only said ok ok and didnt really care so i left.

Elevator is all of the way to the end while our room was at the opposite end. My wife has walking disabilities so that made things almost impossible. However staff was super nice-some of the friendliest staff at the desk we have experienced. A younger man with a beard changed our rooms for us. Much appreciated!

The best thing about this hotel is the incredible front desk staff. They're all very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Great customer service. The hotel grounds are nice, albeit aged, but the area around it has some people who hang out in the town and may be unhoused or face other challenges. So we made sure to lock our car at night. We would stay there again.

First time at a Holiday Inn in years, was a little skeptical about the outside at first, it's a little older, but wow i was surprised how nice and clean everything was and the room was spot on..Definitely a great place to stay..

Was disappointed with the lack of handicapped parking in relation to my room. Michala was awesome with explanation and so apologetic. I commend her for her excellent customer skills. She even called the room later to check on everything! Holiday Inn, please consider this when her evaluations. The room itself was very clean with exception of mold on the popcorn ceiling in bath. Maybe revisit ceiling texture gor the bath. Popcorn is hard to clean and not mildew resistant. Flared my allergies.

Guest services was very nice and welcoming! The beds are comfortable and the hotel reasonably clean minus a few things. It is more outdated and not one of the newer updated hotels.

Nice place room and building were okay. The staff specifcally the front desk employees both on check in and check out as well when my wife had a question during our stay. i'd give the experience a 10 out of 10 except for the fact the shower did not have a mat. It's beyond me why there wouldn't be a shower mat given the shower floor is so slippery. Likewisse for not having real soap, again the lady at the front desk took care of us.
