Very friendly staff. Made my trip ))

No WiFi working in the room. I’ve asked the hotel and couldn’t do anything about it. The hotel interior and room was extremely outdated and depressing. Bed u comfortable. Shower hard to operate. Overpriced for what it offered. Terrible stay.

English was not great in the restaurant The location was not ideal for public transport. The room was nice,comfortable and clean.The free coffee bar in the lobby was great.

Unfortunately, the best times of this once certainly nice and modern place seem to be over. The whole facility looks and feels tired and exhausted, with partly doubtful company around. Good service only on request / after complaint. Will be o.k. for one or two nights on a business trip but definitely not for a weekend or vacation trip with the family.

We booked the Standard room with Queen bed but the actual room we stayed in looked nothing like the photos. The furniture was quite old and heavily used. Also it wasn't possible to adjust the in-room temperature which meant we had to keep the window open all night. We stayed for 3 nights and never got our room cleaned!

The worst Mercury I have stayed in. Property is tired and in a poor looking area next door to a factory or distribution hub. The air con was not working so the window was open for air, the noise in morning was at times loud. The rooms were spacious and clean. I was attracted here because off price and no availability around messe. Approximately €50 taxi to airport/messe was a bit false economy for the better value accommodation. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but limited choice of food in evening.

It looked as if it just open, the staff made sure that I felt at home.

Looking tired. Functional, but nothing more. Would do as a one night stay, anymore and you would miss some creature comforts. No USB sockets and breakfast buffet was typically German.

Check in and out both broken. Room was full of trash and private documents binned by previous occupant. Generally shabby.

I was very late getting there. The staff member who came up to while I was getting a morning coffee and looked me from head to toe and snarling said are you even a customer here.

I selected this hotel since they advertised Air Conditioning and a pool. The pool looked like it hadn't been open all year. Still had the cover on it. And the AC was likely turned off or not working. A lot of money to pay when there are just as nice hotels that do not have AC or a pool and charge less per night.

There isn't much around this hotel, but I was here for work for 48 hours. The restaurant has a fairly limited menu, breakfast was not great and not really worth the money. The rooms are also not that impressive, only really suited for "essentials" and business travelers in the local area. Check in/out was quick. WiFi is average. Double bed was 2xtwin joined together.

Window view of the fantastic Dome in the center plaza. Staff super welcoming & clean rooms!!

Very small sauna and work-out room. Outdoor pool is very nice with plenty of space to sit and play outdoor chess. Hats off the Chef (Cook) and breakfast staff, all prepared the best experience for the beginning of a good day.

Great but my points were not added to my Club Accor Hotel membership.

Good night at the Mercure Hotel, good mattress, the service was really friendly weither at the reception or at the restaurant (dinner and breakfast) . One "bad" point is that there was a few hair in the bath tube, otherwise the room is clean

No room service available due to there being an all you can eat buffet. Which looked disgusting. If I wanted to stay at a hotel with no room service, I would've booked a cheap hotel. I've stayed here before as a stopover on the way to Italy on road trips. I won't be staying again.

Stayed for business but was able to visit local site and staff was able to direct me

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Rated as 4 star but more like a 3 star, Decor outdated , TV not functioning properly, some light were not working. No air con very very hot and humid. Pillows are flat as a pancake

Good hotel for the price. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and conveniently located to many stores and restaurants. Great alternative to staying downtown Stuttgart if business near Böblingen. Clean rooms and decent breakfast.

Staff did not make us feel at all welcome upon arrival, and less welcome when we told them the room floor was wet. In new room the Kettle was dirty on outside and worse with limescale on the inside. The picture used on Expedia is not representative of how the hotel looked. Paint was starting to flake beside the bed, and was poorly decorated as the wood chip paper walls are more fitting in a 2 star rather than 4 star. Not to forget the dirty marks on the carpet and the less than clean and much less than modern furniture. The central heating system looked to be held up with duct tape, while the smoke detector wiring used external casing and looked poor. Quilt and pillows left a lot to be desired. Quilt was to small for the bed and the pillows had no life about them, causing only sleepless nights. To be honest if they had 2 stars I would have been very surprised but 4? I think this needs reviewed.

I stayed in this hotel on a recent trip to Germany. The hotel was very clean and staff spoke enough English so I was comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and informative; rooms were clean, comfortable and a bit bigger than I was expecting from a European hotel.
