It was a great property. The staff was nice in the building was clean. It is a little bit far from downtown, Which is something to consider if you want to go to all the attractions of San Diego

Enjoyed our stay, bed comfortable, nice space for family, nice friendly safe, breakfast needs more fruit options especially because San Diego has amazing fruit selection, pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs with or without cheese should be on breakfast menu, alternative meats options for vegan, alternative milk options for vegans and lactose free individuals. Pool was dirty with bugs my girls didn’t get to swim bummer especially coming from Colorado:( we love water! Other than that the hotel was nice and great location

Loved it!! Stayed here for 3 days and never had any issues front deck was amazing! Gave me more towels right away no questions asked, awesome pool, gas station right in the front with good prices and even walkable to food places would definitely come back next weekend!

The reception service was very good, except our bath tub was clogged, we reported it, the said they would send someone to fix it and they did not. It was quiet, clean, well- located in a place near restaurants, coffee places, et cetera. No jacuzzi, but a good pool. They charged 10 Dlls/day for parking because it's "private property."

The kitchenette in the room, was very convenient.

Great stay

This is an interesting property. Clearly intended for long-term guests with a kitchen / table / living room. Pros include lots of space and comfortable, quiet rooms. Cons include no room service / clean up, and a surprisingly dirty and worn carpeting in the common spaces. At the rate I was charged, I expected something a little nicer. Still it was overall a fine hotel close to the Sorrento Valley businesses and labs.

This Hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed at. It also was very pet friendly, would book again!

We had a suite. Great that it had 2 bathrooms however one of the showers the water barely dripped out. And the Gym had a lot to be desired.

My Wife and I enjoyed are Honeymoon to the Max. Our room looked like a one bedroom apartment. It came with a kitchen, electric stove, and Microwave, and refrigerator..

This is a very nice property, and the staff is great. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is nothing fancy but my kids and I were plenty satisfied. Hot options(eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes)as well as all the breads, cereal, oatmeal and yogurts. Coffee, juice, etc. The breakfast staff is on top of things! My only complaint is that the window shades are paper thin and our room was very bright before 6am. I've never been in a room like that.

Nice hotel

The area is nice, airplanes from the base can be heard. Bed linen clean, bathroom clean but had water damage with a little mold by the bath. Ants showed up in the bathroom and kitchen. Overall average.

Staff was welcoming. Felt safe inside and outside the property - especially at night having to need a hotel key to get in at a certain time through the entrance. Rooms were clean and bed and couch were comfortable. All accessories was provided. Will like to stay here again.

Hotel is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the San Diego zoo and downtown area. Staff are friendly and quick to address any concerns. Breakfast was good, bagels, muffins, egg dishes and fresh coffee too.

Property was beautiful and perfectly close to everything.

Overall, its a decent property. Had issues with AC in my room. They switched me to a different room but there as well AC was not working.

Great hotel! Unfortunately I was unable to check out because there was no at the desk when I needed to check out. Otherwise the experience was great!

Room was not well maintained. Leaky kitchen hose & terrible condition bathroom door.

I don’t know what it had because I could not get in the door the key worked but the door was as stuck and I was alone without my husband I suffer from bad back pains for a few years it was 2 o'clock in the morning I finally hit the door so hard it opens and I fell in the room so I left my notebook on the bed and went to get my belongs when I got back the door had closed all the way I said forget Ii already hurt my self with this door no one was around in the lobby so I drove 30 min back home that morning I went back to the room to get my notebook and still couldn’t get since it was morning. I went and found the workers and it took 3 of them to burst that door I went in got my notebook the slanted in there faces and they had bust through the door to let me out you can verify everything I said I have photos of the door I didn’t even get to stay in that room I have everything documented and recorded I fell I I need to my banks consumer protection and fraud to dispute the charges and I could have a lawsuit for hurt my self getting in but I’m not gonna do that because I just want my money back for 2 nights that I never got to use because of that horrible door. How could they not have known that door was like that when maids come in and out or maybe they Had not been renting that room maybe the desk clerk gave me the room because i was upset with her for taking 20 min to let me in when I arrived that night the doors were locked I informed them I would be coming after midnight

We arrived very late to check in and didn’t expect too much in the way of a welcome. We were pleasantly surprised by the employee at the desk. She was very gracious and upgraded us from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. This was great for us traveling with two teens who appreciated the extra space. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. It was very quiet. Free and easy parking onsite. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay here.

location was good but very outdated

It was super comfy. The room is awesome has a mini stove. The only downfall was the bathtub. It was clean but the tub flood. The bed was comfy and clean. Morning breakfast every day.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. It was a great size and very quiet. The kitchen area was quite large. The only thing we noticed was that they forgot to empty our kitchen trash from the last customer. I think they must be doing some renovations as there was some plaster on the ground in one of the common areas, otherwise the area was really nice, they had a great area to set up and use your laptops etc. Their breakfast was good. Good options and easy to grab. They had cereal, bagels, muffins, yogurt, a breakfast sandwich, coffee, tea, juice, milk. I will definitely look for these types of hotels when traveling. I didnt enjoy that it was right beside a gas station and car wash, but to be honest, we didn't hear it from inside the hotel. I did like that it was close to food options. P.s. it was cool because they were dog friendly.

Hotel is fine. The front desk ladies are not friendly and less informative.

Very pleasant stay. The reception was nice. Especially Michelle was very helpful.

The room was clean however the layout of the room was odd, the tv and stand was facing away from the bed at a right angle and left very little room to get to one side of the bed without squeezing around the corner of the stand. The room also had only one towel and we had to ask the front desk for another towel. At the same time we asked if they could turn the propane on for the firepit outside and the front desk clerk said he would look into it and then asked us "anything else?" in a sarcastic tone, not very friendly. We took the towels upstairs came back down to sit by the firepit and was told something on the pit was broken so he couldn't turn it on. That may be true but given the clerks attitude, we questioned it. Breakfast was decent, it ends at 930am.

The room was not very clean. There was hair everywhere, ants in the kitchen, bath tub did not drain, tile floors were not clean. The continental breakfast was not good. Also had to paid $10 a night to park in an open parking lot. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

I like the room it was nice.comfy beds and clean. Shower leaked Everytime you used it, water all over the floor. weird loud hum, not sure a generator or not. Breakfast is supplied, nothing special. Donut shop near hotel is 10x better. Pool was heated but way too many bugs/ debris to enjoy. Could tell it hadn't been cleaned. Bring your own towels from home, pool towels feel like sandpaper. Hotel was quiet until tons of loud kids showed up, running down the halls, banging on guest doors all the way into midnight, parents did nothing. No mention of laundry being out of service. Construction still ongoing everywhere. Saving grace was the ALL staff were wonderful, location to everything, good restaurants. Would stay again with improvements.
