It was great, friendly staff and very clean but the beds could be more comfortable, my mother and I had a hard time sleeping because are backs hurt to much.

This was my best hotel stay in many years... It's the little things that makes a great hotel stay, however comfort is most important to me. The bed was very comfy, I slept pain free.
There was a fresh smell in the air from the moment I walked in. Check-in was nearly effortless.
The rooms were spacious with 2 queen beds, a closet with hangers, an iron and ironing board. Centered on the wall was a huge TV and large desk-dresser combo, with a nice size waste basket. The carpets had a couple small steins, but they were very clean.
Next to the bathroom, a small coffee station with microwave and refrigerator are handy for a quick snack. In the bathroom was a overly large walk in shower with shampoo/conditioner, soap, lotion, and plenty of towels.
The indoor pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The pool water was warm and great for doing short laps, while the hot tub was actually hot and great for easing sore muscles.
In the morning the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food. There was sausage links, scrambled eggs, as well as biscuits/gravy, and cute little waffle molds for fresh made. Fruit, juice, yogurt, muffins, coffee... I had no problem to find something to get going and be happy!

What a lovely hotel. Beautiful grounds with a lovely large outdoor porch and a separate fire pit area. Great breakfast! Pool and spa were excellent. We went to get away and relax for a few days and we weren't disapponted!

Amish country Berlin Ohio . Room was very clean & nice. Plenty of towels, microwave & , refrigerator . It said 2 queen beds. They seemed too small to me, I really think they were only full. That's the only complaint I have. Breakfast was very nice. Plenty of food for even the picky eaters. Staff was friendly.

We got to the hotel went to the hot tub and it was filthy got got in the pool and it was filthy my fiance got in the pool and stepped on a piece of hard plastic sharp hard plastic that hurt her foot and we were going to a concert that night so she couldn't hardly go to the concert. The parking was terrible there was hardly any parking you could find you had to walk with your stuff really far because there was no parking up front where you actually stayed

Expedia overbooked the hotel. We were given a room with 2 queen beds not king as booked. Asked for discount but told since was booked at Expedia there was nothing they could do. We were not happy at all over this

The hotel was wonderful. Rooms were large with a small living room/mini fridge/microwave, small table and chairs, and the breakfast included seriously was the best I've ever had, so many items to choose from. I have already praised your hotel with a few people, and I just got home yesterday. I would definitely stay there again. Also, the beds were soooo comfortable as were the pillows.

Easy check in. Beautiful scenery. Pool was nice. Staff was friendly.
Breakfast was good, what was available. My complaint is, the staff was not wiping the tables off after someone finished eating so that another group of people could sit to eat. There was a full hotel but they needed to stay on the tables because people needed to sit to eat.

Clean, well equipped suite with friendly, helpful staff. The grounds are well kept with beautiful greenery and flowers.The rocking chairs on the porch were comfortable and much appreciated. I will most definitely return.
