It was a great stay. The personal was very kind and very respectful. The room was clean. The bathroom has everything you need. The wifi, tv and a/c work at perfection.

Great hotel just a little on the dirty side
Shower had mold and the room had mildew smell to it.

Room was comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok, not great. Value for money spent was fair.

Noisy, uncomfortable and unckean
Tiwels had diet on the. Bed sheets felt like scratchy Parker. Strangers knocking on our soor at 130 a.m. asked not to be by the elevator. Was told only thing left even though hotel was not full.

The elevator did not work which was a major problem for me. The hotel was hot and the bread was stale.

It was horrible the parking lot was full with containers and a lot of cars there was no parking and also we stayed on the second floor and somebody was washing their clothes from 1:55 a.m. to 4:00 in the morning so we didn't get much sleep

I loved the floors . NO CARPET
Bathroom could use a touch up because the wall was broken and needed patch repair.
Front desk clerks were very friendly. Pool was perfect. No waffles at breakfast I was sad.

Absolutely terribly, so bad that after trying three different rooms, all dirty! my family and I couldn’t stay so left and went to a clean hotel. I asked for my money back since there were stains on the bedding in two rooms and all three rooms smelled. They don’t even have curtains, just wooden shutters. The walls had holes in them. They charged me $100 security deposit yet the woman who walked in behind me handed them a one dollar bill and was allowed to use that as her security. They had rap music playing as the background music in the lobby at 1220am when we attempted to check in. The next morning the hotel manager refused to give me my money back before he rudely hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here, you will be sorry.

We had an emergency and hadbto be at the hospital and had to cancel one night so we paid for 2 nights and only stayed once..

After I checked in, I took a small nap for sleeping and they came and talked on my door to put a frame up for shutters not them just came to the door start knocking all hard woke me up. Couldn't go back to sleep room had old furniture bathroom was still dirty, I won't stay there again

We stayed here 3 days 2 nights and asked twice a day, every day, for our unit to be cleaned (it wasn’t clean upon arrival). Not once did they clean our room and we only got a “Sorry. I’ll note the account for you.” when we checked out. Horrible experience. We will not be back.

Although the service was amazing, the room did not match. It was muggy in the room and the air condition was not on. The room smelled horrible, and the hallway to the room by the elivators smelled like sewer. There were stains on the sheets and we left smelling as bad as the room. Breakfast was minimal, not many options.

The 2 bedroom suite served its purpose. Not a stitch of utensils in the kitchen. Every cupboard and drawer was empty. 2 star rating on breakfast.

Arin was excellent as was all staff and housekeeping. Very convenient location for our 4 day stay. Pool was nice too. Breakfast was fair.

The hotel has recently been renovated, and the lobby area is very inviting. The check-in process was a bit slow, but the representative was very nice and explained everything we needed to know. The room was okay; it could have been cleaned a bit better, but overall, it was acceptable for a one-night stay at the price.
