Arrival: hotel not signposted (I had to call reception to know the hospital parking was the entrance to the hotel too), lift from underground parking doesn't work without roomkey (which one does not have before checkin). I have mobility problem so had to call Reception again and a lady came down. Restaurant is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, which was not mentioned when we booked; the hotel is on the outskirts of Leon so there is no alternative nearby and we had ALL meals except Friday evening (staying there Fri to Su) in the hospital cafetería across the road (which is good, by the way!). Although a large group of tourists had exclusive use of the restaurant on Saturday. Not even a coffee machine for the 'normal' guests. I directed an elderly couple who at 9pm were asking at Reception for a coffee, to the hospital, advising them that the hospital cafetaria closes at 10pm. Second day, while I was out, my roommate could not get back into our room because her roomkey did not work. After trying 4x she called Reception and staff came up and reset her roomkey. When I came back from the shops, AGAIN my roomkey did not work (presumably because of the reset) to operate the lift of the parking and I had to walk up around the hotel to get in, when my card had to be reset too. Rooms are ok and clean. This is a 4* hotel, supposedly, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. At checkout, no printed invoice was available when I asked. Parking is expensive at €9 per day

Hotel is being advertised as 4 star but it's 2 at best. I stayed in a superior double room with my partner and daughter. Room was large and so was the bathroom. There was a separate bath and shower so I decided to give a bath to my daughter. The water running from the tap was yellow... There were no toiletries aside from large bottles attached in the shower and by the sink. The one in the shower was a hand wash. Beds were not very comfortable and the sofa bed was hard as a rock. My partners bed was wobbly and it was hard to put them together as they were sliding easily on the floor. There was an armchair in the room which should be replaced as it sagged completely and I also found food in it left by the previous occupants. On top of that parking is very confusing, there are multiple lifts and staircases and some of them only go to the reception and some to rooms. There is no microwave available in rooms or lobby, only one in the staff room, the receptionist was happy for us to use it but there were no cutleries available. No kettle in the room either, only coffee machine in the lobby. I would avoid this hotel at all cost.

Good check-in, staff spoke french and made it easy. Beautiful room. Stunning bathroom. Good wifi. Breakfast was served off-site in a cafe 'nextdoor' and a little disappointing.

Stopover in león. just a 30 min walk to Cathedral. The rooms are huge and very well appointed. There is paid parking if required. Only drawback was that the water, even at its hottest level was not very hot. The price was incredibly good value for a 4star property.

No restaurant, only a canteen that was also used by the hospital. Very little choice. Breakfast was a piece of toast and a coffee. Pathetic! Charged us the same price for each motorcycle as a car, even though 4 can fit in one place. Took nearly an hour to check in and get the bikes parked to their satisfaction.

Great value for money. Hotel located next to the hospital ( so ideal if visiting someone or have appointments at the hospital). 10min drive into Leon Cathedral or the centre. Hotel is clean, spacious and modern. Cafeteria food was pleasant and reasonably priced

Overall stay was good, used it just for 1 night during the travel by car from Portugal to Spain. Underground paid parking was especially useful and reasonably priced. No electric kettle in the room, so we have to look for breakfast outside.

Great hotel. Reception tried really hard to be helpful but.... there isn’t an obvious entry to the hotel. You park in the hospital car park and can’t take the lift to reception without a room key so have to head up some stairs. Confusing.com

Receptionist was super! She offered a room upgrade because of physical disabilities.

Room very comfortable and clean. Hotel very convenient to hospital where my wife received treatment. Reasonable food at a good price. Friendly staff everywhere.

Clean and modern hotel. Staff very friendly and kind of close to downtown. There is a bus that goes every 15mins to downtown very convenient.

This was a stopover stay for one night and whilst the hotel itself was ok the breakfast wasn’t great. The hot food was freezing cold and there was no breakfast tea so l had to supply my own teabags. We saw only one member of staff working terribly hard clearing stuff away from tables.

Nice hotel,big rooms, but outside the city. The restaurant offers breakfast and lunches only,but no dinners. In the evening you can use only cafeteria ( visited mostly by the staff from the hospital nearby). There is no other restaurant nearby, you have to take bus/car/taxi to the center. Rather disapponting for a hotel with this number of stats

So friendly and helpful. We were pilgrims and stayed here. V easy to get bus in and out (only €1.50) As bus stop is outside the hospital (next door) and rubs every 15 mins. Room was brilliant and big.

The hotel was difficult to find with GPS as we didn't realise that it was so close to the hospital and there were no signs. Very comfortable beds and a clean room, but the air conditioning was not working. The restaurant on site was not open for evening meals and town was just too far away to walk, so we had to drive, and parking in Leon on a Saturday night was very hard to find.

It is a difficult place to find as it is in a hospital (see picture) and the road is not marked on satnav. Parking is under the hotel and there is a lift to the lobby but you need your room key to use it! You need your car to get into the city as the area is uninteresting.

Hotel does not have an address compatible with our satellite navigation device and there were no arrows and signage on streets leading us to the hotel. We had to keep stopping people to ask. Luckily, we speak Spanish.

Lovely hotel close to the hospital. Not too far of a walk to the historic district.

Lovely hotel if just passing through. Beware though, it’s out of town on hospital grounds. Makes for a surreal arrival if you’ve not done your research!

Very good experience . We would definitely stay again. The room was comfortable clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

Nice and modern hotel, spacious rooms. Located right by a hospital, but easy access to the city by car or bus. Not much around the hotel. First day we stayed in Leon (drove the car and parked it in Calle Babia right next to the Old City for €2.8 / 8 hrs), and the next day we drove to the North to Gijón, so it was nice to have easy access in and out of the city.
