Our stay at Shell Cove 10 was lovely. It is clean, well maintained, and very quiet. It’s a great location on AMI.

Had everything we needed. Owner was very prompt with responses when we had questions. Very clean. Steps away from the beach and great views!

It was a wonderful stay. Suggestion is to add a broom so we can keep the sand off the floors. Again, thank you.

The condo location provided a fabulous view of the beach an gorgeous sunsets. The updates were very nice an comfortable. As always, our stay at Shellcove has been a wonderful experience.

This was our third time to rent this condo. We keep adding days each year! Great location right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops, Condo is always clean and ready for us!

apt was pretty, beautiful view, loved the weather, queen bed slept great. Now the bad. The floor in the whole apt very fine sandy feel. Not enough lamps by the beds or sofa. Also sofa sucks, no support.

Property was beautiful and clean. Loved having direct access to the beach and being able to watch sunset. However, we had an unexpected family emergency across the state in Daytona Beach, so we ended up only spending two nights here out of our four-day planned vacation and did not get to enjoy the beach during the day at all. Only suggestion to owner would be to let guests know in advance that they will have to supply their own toilet paper (only 3/4 of a roll provided for us), washclothes (none), salt, sugar (they had only sugar substitutes), possibly hand soap (only a little left in bathroom). None of these are deal breakers, but would've like to have known beforehand. We stopped at the grocery store before checking in, but had to go back - at least, for toilet paper. For the price and location, was nice overall. Just wish we could've enjoyed it more.

The property was very clean & literally steps from the beach. You can sit on the covered walkway & watch the water. It was also roomy with a large kitchen table. Very comfy couch & king bed. Bunk beds not as comfy. Plenty of bath towels too. Only downside: only one parking spot per unit & only 2 guest spots for entire building & they each have a four hour limit.Definitely would return!

Condo was perfect for the 4 of us! Community was quiet. Steps away from the beach! Loved having a washing machine right there. Master bed is pretty uncomfortable, as others have mentioned. But It didn’t ruin our stay. Not a complaint just an FYI for those booking- there is no elevator so staying on the 2nd floor you will have to bring everything up the stairs.

It was exactly as listed with great beach access. The only complaints we have is comforter had a large urine stain, little drawer space because of so many extra sheets pillows and comforters, and the second bedroom mattress was possibly an air mattress and very uncomfortable

We all just had a great time. Private parking spot in front of the apt house big bonus. but the ease of just walking to the beach from our backdoor with all the comforts of home and then Walking distance to eateries and trolly to take you to other sites along gulf dr. was the cherry on top. We plan to do it again.

Enjoyable property, on the beach, close to all amenities. Our second stay.

The location of the condo is incredible! Easy beach access, beautiful sunset views, and convenient reserved parking made our trip relaxing and stess free. Well stocked and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Condo is clean and comfy. Steps to the soft white sandy beach and beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets are amazing from the deck or out on the beach. Literally sets right in front of the condo. Nice neighborhood and lots of good restaurants/shops.

Would stay here again, it was the perfect girl's trip with amazing sunsets and a quiet beach.

Well maintained property on a beautiful beach. You can walk for miles on the beach or just hang out in front of the property. A quiet beach on a busy island.

The beach location is fantastic. But unfortunately there is no comfortable seating anywhere in the condo. The couch is so low to the ground that I stacked two cushions and it was still low. Moving cushions uncovered with food/sand/etc. No vacuum on property to clean that mess.. The comforter had dirty footprints on it. The bedsheets did not seem clean so I washed them. (Luckily W&D is new and nice.) I purchased my own blankets. The kitchen is fine but the pots, dishes, etc. need to be replaced. There is no where to put things away and all of the drawers available have like one sheet shoved in them randomly. There was only one washcloth in the entire unit. You could see through the towels. The toilet seat was old and worn. Nothing seemed very clean. But... again, the view was great. The owner was responsive. But overall it is not a very nice, clean, or comfortable unit.

We stayed in an upstairs room with a great view of the beach, washer/dryer, kitchen, and assigned parking space. Our room number was the same as our parking spot number, which was confusing at first. We had lots of space, big dining table, nice TVs and WiFi. Location was easy access to everything. Only negative was the Nest thermostat kept changing the temperature sometimes right after we set it and definitely changed it in the middle of the night.

Great location right on the beach. There is a problem opening the front door: it gets stuck in the door frame and you have to push really hard to open it. The lockbox is not easy to use either. When we left was difficult getting the keys to stay inside the lockbox because of the attached bracelets- barely enough room and you have to slam it shut. Opening and locking a door shouldn't require so much work! We thought the towels were crummy and there was only one extra roll of bathroom tissue. We brought our own body wash and bath sponges. It was Xmas Eve but Publix was open on Holmes Beach. We needed bottled water, coffee, milk, breakfast items, and any snacks. It is great location. Super clean. We loved it!!

I am a Sarasota resident and wanted to experience Bradenton Beach, this was a most relaxing getaway. I will come back and perhaps stay longer!

The photos don't do it justice. This is a second floor unit and the balcony faces the water. Beautiful! There is a small walking trail right out to the beach. Outdoor showers for rinsing off sand. The weather was pretty crappy when we went (windy and rainy) so we just wore sweatshirts and pants and still had my little girl play on the beach. Drive down to bridge Street and acted like tourists (we are from Bradenton). The place had everything we needed. We had to get more paper towels and toilet paper but that's it. Overall I would stay here again!

You can’t beat been on the beach and just walk to the sand within a couple steps. The apartment is confortable for 4 adults, really quite even to the next door apartment. We have a couple issues with some towels and and the washing machine wasn’t working, we contact Ronald and he responded every time within seconds, sent new towels and a person to check on the washer (couldn’t be fixed but at least a tech person came). Ronald was very responsive all the time with everything. In general the apartment was in good condition. And we would use it again if we are back in The area.

Perfect location, extremely clean and right on the ocean. Amazing views! We hope to be able to get this place again next summer!

The property was very nice and the overall stay was good. the only complaints I have are the contact with owner and the washing machine didn't work which was one of the reasons I picked this spot. I had such a good experience the last time I stayed I was hopping for the same. I would have also like the property owner to let me know that there was a red tide at the time of my stay.

This was an amazing property with direct beach location. Great view from the second story balcony. All items provided, with wifi access. Grocery and pharmacy close by within walking distance along with restaurants close by. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a vacay at the beach.

This is such a charming condo. It had everything we needed , the beach was beautiful and the view of the water was fabulous! We would highly recommend this property and hope to return ASAP. Our only difficulty seemed to be the key box and it’s position on the door knob, which made it difficult to open the door. We loved it!
