My only complaint is that I had booked 1 day but when I checked in I wanted to extend a day but she said I had to check out in the morning and check back in. I know none of this was her fault and she was wonderful but that needs to be fixed its a hassle.

Stayed at this hotel many times over the years… noticed furniture had changed and there were only two drawers which were very small not enough for 11 nights we practically lived out if our suitcase… there used to be enough drawers for both of us to keep our clothes in…

We had a great easy check in and out. Nice clean and great service. The lady that handled breakfast toxay was on top of it and extremely friendly. So kind.

Great stay and excellent breakfast! Only concern was there was a strange smell coming from the hot tub, and gave my teenage daughter a headache even sitting near it. The pool was warm and fantastic though

Very bad due to construction going on at Property if I would’ve known that, I would not have made my reservations there every morning at 7 o’clock. The workers were going up and down up and down hitting things against the wall. It was not a pleasant Stay

Hotel was doing renovations however the noise wasn't bad at all. However I got bit by bed bugs . When I reported the isdue and showed the staff the bits on my legs I was told they would treat the room and they moved me. I spent the next two days miserable itching . Then upon my checkout they informed me that they didn't see any bed bugs well once bed bugs feed they hide and if you cleaned the room.and seatched during the daytime I sure you wouldn't of seen them just foumd it insulting that they try to act if as nothing happened and as a medical professional im very knowledgeable of the pattern of the bites on my body are infact from bedbugs. However the location of the hotel is really great! They do offer a hot breakfast each morning. Honestly if It wasn't for the bites I would of rated this place a 8 very nice staff . Pool area nice ducks gets in pool a bit of issues with duck feathers but thats nature...

All my clothes were damp. Our room smelled moldy. Like there was some water damage not sure where. Our swim suits never dried. We stayed 4 days. Our last day we stayed at hard rock and had to put all of our swim stuff hanging everywhere and within 6 hours everything was dry. Could never use the washer/dryer as there’s only one set , they were always in use.

Staying here during a tropical storm was not exactly my choice but I felt very safe. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We were very surprised about the good quality of this hotel for the price we paid. The room was big and clean. The staff were very nice. It was easy to park. Lots of places nearby to eat. Siesta Key Beach and Village were about 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

The area was pretty quiet. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Very loud people next door, arguing and yelling at 5am. Staff was rude upon asking to leave early when stuck during the tropical storm. They didn’t even want to talk to Expedia customer service. Breakfast was ok, same foos all 3 days. No variety and only oranges, no other fruit.

Nice and clean hotel. But we had an inconvenient with the dryer, wasn’t working, it took our quarters and did not worked at all, we were told they had to call the company and our problem wasn’t solved and lost our quarters, All our personal bath towels were completely wet. Also not too many options for breakfast.

The room was nice overlooking lagoon. Beds are comfortable.
Cons- room temp set @ 74 and could not be adjusted. I was sweating during the night despite I’m sleeping closest to AC. The breakfast was regular continental. The 2 waffles maker takes 3 mins to make 1, my son waited 40 mins for 1 waffle after 2 families (1 family of 6, 1 family of 8) were ahead of him. I think other places has 1 that takes less time.

Overall, a good place to stay if you want an affordable and convenient option. Service is great, it feels clean and well kept. The downside we discovered is that there’s some sort of pipe “noise” that can be heard very loudly in every guest room. I suspect it’s the showers in neighboring rooms. I sleep with earplugs and a noisemaker, yet still heard the noise relatively easily through my “precautions.” When it was mentioned to the staff, they apologized and offered us an amount off our room. That was handled quickly and to our satisfaction (not their fault!). If you can get past this, you’ll enjoy your stay.
