Beautiful position right on the beach

Nice place and close to the beach. Had a nice stay

The location was perfect and amazingly we stayed in a unit situated on the boardwalk so we could watch the waves rolling in,the people out walking and riding.We didn’t use either of the two pools although they looked very inviting if a little small..The apartment has an updated kitchen and lovely beachy fittings and furnishings,comfortable seating,the linens were spotless.There is no lift which was not a problem for us but if you have mobility problems it most likely would be a little difficult to get around the grounds.We would definitely stay here again.

It's a nice set of units not too far from Gold Coast airport. Close to shops and the wildlfie sanctuary. Can go out the back gate to the beach or swim in one of the 2 pools. A car is required. Good aircon in the unit we stayed in (bedroon and living area). All the required things to cook etc. Would stay again. 2br unit. 2 adults and 1 child.

The view and relative peacefulness - wasn’t too happy about the smoking on the balcony though.

Great pool, views (beach apartments), facilities and location. The apartment could do with some updates, but overall an enjoyable stay.

We stayed for 4 nights in this well apportioned apartment. With just one phone midday call, late check-in was a breeze with a detailed text explaining how to get the keys. The location was ideal: ocean is a short walk through the dune trails, river beach is on the side. Busses stop just a few feet from the entrance, and downtown Palm Beach is about 4 blocks away. The well planned kitchen had everything you needed, including both glasses for the apartment and plastic cups for the pool drinks. Both balconies had plenty of seating (4 chairs to enjoy the ocean view and 3 chairs for the poolside balcony). The Internet would only work on the poolside balcony, not inside the apartment. 3 hot tubs to choose from plus 2 pools, one pool is solar heated (and still a bit cool). Overall a well run and well maintained place that I look forward to visiting on future trips to the Gold Coast.

Lovely spacious apartments, unbeatable location right next to the beach park estuary and shops. Good selection of pools. Some apartments are better furnished and equipped than others but overall fantastic

The location was good next to the beach but it is not very close to the shopping area.

Asked for a room with easy access. Got it. The second floor with a great view. The management team were friendly and very helpful. Good one!

Lovely gardens and pool just outside our door. Very friendly and helpful receptionists. Our 2 bedroom apartment had a very dated bathroom and the rest of the apartment was better but not really modern. We had booked into the only 1 bedroom apartment there and I rang before booking to check if the one shown on the hotel website would be what we'd get and I was assured it was as it was the only one. It had lovely wooden floors and modern decor . But when we got there we were given this other outdated apartment. They let us have a look at 2 others if we'd prefer one of them but they were either only slightly better or had a hard bed. The one we were given at least had a really comfortable soft bed. Apparently we were not given the apartment we booked because the owners wanted to stay there and although the management discourage it, they have priority over anyone who books it! I wouldn't stay there again for that reason. I wouldn't have booked there if I knew we wouldn't get that nicer apartment. It is close to the beach though and can walk into town but don't think a lot of the town as it's not near the beach and a bit ordinary. The apartment could have provided a bit more like oven mits, foil and salt and maybe a bit of washing powder and more than one sachet of dish washing powder ! For what you pay, it's not too much to ask.

Cannot recommend these apartments enough, perfect for family's with young children.

Great apartment that had everything we needed. Clean and tidy and modern. The pools were fantastic as they were heated so the kids could play in them during the winter which was a bonus. Wifi. Very close to a surf beach which was again fab for husband and kids, nice and quiet area. Underground allocated parking was again a bonus. Next to a play ground and decent coffee shop. Supermaket was a 5 min drive away. Only issue was really a lack of a duvet for those extra chilly nights which we had (unusual for GC). Also a couple of broken dining chairs but not a major issue. Check in and check out was super easy and staff really friendly. Overall we loved it and the kids did. Will definitely book again when we return to the GC.

Stayed a few nights during the Commonwealth Games, great location close to beach. Kids loved the pools that are heated to different degrees. Overall a lovey stay in a secure and comfortable, clean location. Would recommend it!

We only stayed 2 nights but had been on the Gold Coast for the month prior. This was by far the cleanest place we had stayed in. I cannot fault the cleanliness and nice smell of our apartment. We were at the end of our holiday and had 2 nights left. This would have been brilliant except for the jack hammering in the apartment above or next to ours - not sure which direction the noise was coming from as it was echoing. I could not hear my friend talk nor the television which I tried to use as a distraction. It started around 9am and I was beside myself. I had not been well and was needing a rest and I could not escape the noise no matter what room I went in. It went on for hours and my head was thumping. I am aware that places need to do repairs or whatever it was but it would have been nice to have the option of not staying there while these works went on. Yes I could have gone out but that was not what I was intending, I just wanted some rest. The young man that checked us in was so polite and nice and the pool area was perfect. The beach location was lovely. Everything else was fine. Nice and close to the airport. Only problem was noise.
