Smelly bathroom, the sheet looked as if someone else had slept in it. the walls are stained. we will need stay in an Ibis budget again.

Exactly what you want from an economical hotel like this. Clean and welcoming. Only real criticism is that the showers are very small.

If you are travelling on a budget, then Ibis Budget Hotel is an excellent choice. It is a tiny bit more expensive than other well-known low budget hotels in France, but it is well worth to pay the extra 5 to 8 euro. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is cheap and of good quality.

When we arrived the place was deserted and we had to use a code to gain access to our room. We needed an extra pillow but there was no way of getting one until a caretaker arrived. There were very guests and security was non-existant. There was a member of staff on duty the next morning who seemed to do everything. Shower had hot and cold reversed which can cause scalding and there were blood splashes at various places in the room which was a bit worrying.

handy hotel close to airport and Centre of Beziers and motorway for onward journey. Easy to find, good price and Quiet and peaceful for a rest before continuing mid journey. Perfect for these needs.

Very good considering the price. Clean and neat. You can see that it isnot newly refurbished. But if you have a car and need a cheap place for the night while passing through, this is absolutely recommended

Major difficulty to check in after hours as the automatic system did not recognise the code supplied by hotels.com Spent considerable time on the phone with a customer service representative and was about to book another room from scratch. Thankfully the hotel manager turned up 45min later and sorted it out. The room and breakfast were to the usual Ibis standard.

Stayed for one night, pre flight home. Reception staff could not have been more helpful if they tried. Both at checking in, asking if we had eaten and how to get to the local restaurants to check out and ordering us a taxi. Only thing I would like to see is firmer pillows,

I have been to this hotel couple of times. Friendly staff. Allowed me to choose the location of the room (facing, floor). Daily room cleaning. Breakfast on demand. I had an issue with noisy air conditioning. It was sorted out immediately when reported.

It took over 35 minutes once we got into the one way system on the approach to the hotel, a distance of about 1.5km! Nose to tail, as we ground our way through the Saturday afternoon shoppers going to Kiabi, But and the King Joue et al. This may have been because it was an early December Saturday, but if it is like this every day???The hotel is clean and comfortable, staff friendly, polite and helpful. Restaurants within a few minutes walk.
