It's a nice, clean, quiet place.

No running hot water the entire stay. Took cold showers in the morning and at night. Plus possibility of no water running. Wink was clogged. It would’ve been 5 stars if things worked.

The condo and amenities were great! It was clean and bright. There is so much construction in the area it was a little dicey walking to dinner but good restaurants in walking distance. The noise from the highway all night was a little much. Sirens and trucks could be heard all night.

It was very disappointing. It definitely had not been cleaned before our arrival and if it had it wasn’t professionally cleaned. Dust and hair everywhere and the wall were scuffed and stained. We walked in and booked another hotel immediately. Would definitely not recommend this apartment.

Apartment had nice updated finishes. Love the ice/water dispenser in the fridge. It sits right in the highway so beware of the noise.
The cleanliness was just ok. Lots of scratches on the wall, the bottom of the bath tub had black spots...needs a better deep clean. Closet carpet had stains, sofa/futon very uncomfortable and had rips. The mattresses were also very uncomfortable.
Otherwise great! Walking distance to everything but a lot of construction in the area.

Where to start, carpet between bed room and bath was black an nasty, coffee cups dirty, no bedroom tv customer service is horrible booked reservation and wanted to change mode of payment, they absolutely would not cancel reservation and redo with a differant methid of payment, differant card. Would not ever recomend this property on that alone, then throw in the nastiness of room this is a no go property better off at a super 8

The property only had 1 bathroom so I’d like some type of reimbursement.

We loved everything about this property! Very convenient to downtown. Secure entry to building. Loved the pool and gym access. Would highly recommend! Very clean, spacious, comfortable beds, great bathrooms and kitchen space!

I recommend this property without reservation. Amazing communication, great value, and so much more. Nashville is an amazing city and this option for a stay is the correct one. So much available within walking distance. Great communication by property.

Be sure to confirm late checkout as they won’t allow you on the property at all without it after 11:00AM. There is a 50 dollar fee for late checkout so keep that in mind…..

The only hiccup that occurred was there was no parking pass left in the apartment for us. After texting them we were able to get one from another room. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Kitchen was good - recommend taking pot holders and baking pan if you want to use the oven.

The property was clean and fancy. Check in info was shared the day before after an extended check in process. We rented a two bedroom apartment for two couples and had plenty of room. If you are staying on the highway side, bring ear plugs. It would have been nice to be able to turn on the overhead lights in both bedrooms.

The property was very nice and easy to get to. The check in instructions were easy to follow. The traffic noise is very loud at night, even with the noise machine. The beds were ok, the sheets were kind of scratchy. The floor was dirty if you were walking barefoot. The bathroom needs more towel bars or hooks to hold towels. It would be nice to have bottled water for the coffee since there is no water filter on the fridge. There is a lot of construction on the street of the building so it was hard to walk around.

Aesthetically the property was nice. The kitchen and living room area were equipped with the necessities and essentials that met our needs. However, upon walking into the bedroom the bedding was NOT changed. The sheets had tons of hair in them and it was obvious by the wrinkled disheveled look of them that they weren’t changed from the previous guests. The bathroom also had hair EVERYWHERE. As the floors looked like they had not been cleaned from the previous five guests. Luckily the nice cleaning lady was right next door and was able to re-make my bedding. I was in the other room as she was doing so and when she finished, the beds were night and day in terms of appearance.
The Locale is essentially a STR/Airbnb-Esque business model. Where the staff is remote. My guess is there is a passive approach to fully doing a job correctly because management isn’t physically there to monitor their employees. Be aware of this before booking. The location is the only reason they’re able to charge what they’re charging. Overall decent but I’m not sure i’d visit again.

This property is in an area called The Gulch which has a bunch of great restaurants, brewpubs, etc. Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast just a block away at Snooze, walked down to Broadway for the music bars, then to Country Music HOF, then Gibson Garage. Property is clean, convenient, nicely appointed and text communications with management was easy. We thought it was an excellent choice!

The unit floor was dirty. The noise was horrendous. Spent 2 nights of no sleep with a12 hour drive to follow. Couldn't sit on balcony. TV extra loud still didn't kill it.

We just checked out after 4 days here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It will be come our go to place in Nashville. A few notable things for people who are wondering:
- we had a room not facing the highway and it was very quiet, I do imagine if you had one over the highway it would be noisier
- the rooftop pool, hot tub and gym facilities are amazing
- it was about a 15 minute walk to Broadway, we are fairly fast walkers, but walked there and back every day
- the blinds in the bedroom let tons of light in, so bring a sleep mask
- there are very bare bones items in the kitchen, and not a single condiment to be had, not even salt and pepper
- there is no conditioner or body lotion, just shampoo and body wash
I'd definitely recommend staying here!

very nice room impressed with the design, layout and size, bed was unfortunately terribly uncomfortable, some safety concerns with property gates/doors being unlocked for long periods at a time. minor confusion on parking with sign stating needing to register plate but no note made of that in the parking instructions.

Great property to stay in. Only complaint we had, was at night there’s lot of road noise from what sounds like racing. Ear plugs were the answer for that. So overall would stay there again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I didn’t have the balcony as posted in the pictures of the booking info . The location was very relaxing and close to a lot of food options, walking distance. Although there is no one to assist with the check in process it was pretty easy and instructions were clear so I had no trouble finding / accessing the apartment. Would definitely stay again for a staycation!

The apartment itself was great, really spacious and the pool area was very enjoyable. Communication and access was terrible.

Our stay was excellent. The contactless entry was simple and efficient. Our favorite part of the stay was the rooftop pool and hot tub, which was surrounded by plenty of seating options, as well as activities such as corn hole and ping pong. Great weekend thanks to Locale The Gulch.
