Great stay, really spacious house. Had a minor issue with a man that tried to come into our house to “charge his phone” at around 1AM drunk and walking alone. which was weird considering the fact that we had children in the house. Other than that, the house was just as advertised.

Really enjoy our stay at the Tree House. It was as advertised!

We rented Kevin's home for a work retreat. It was perfect with SO MANY bedrooms with a lot of beds. Plenty of space to spread out between the basement game room, the three porches with bars and seating and the two living rooms. Very accessible to the lake and activities. We even had a shuttle bus be able to back in and drop us off. The one downside for a large group is that the quiet hours are very strict of 11pm until 7am. The neighbor behind Kevin is strict about calling the authorities if you are not inside at that time. Lastly, be prepared to make your own bed as all of the sheets are just left on top. This is common in Lake Harmony. We rented another house down the street and had the same experience. If you love wildlife, you are going to see a TON of deer and beautiful sunrises. Thank you Kevin!

15 very happy people. The house was very clean and convenient to many different activities. The owners were extremely responsive to all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The sandwiches and cookies the owner had delivered was much appreciated and enjoyed!!

We booked this house for a large group celebrating a 30th birthday and a joint bachelorette party and it was PERFECT! Our entire party was comfortable in their bedrooms and having the multiple areas to hang out on each level, including outdoor decks and a great backyard space/hot tub was phenomenal. The host was responsive and accommodating, even giving us great recommendations for things to do in the area. If you're looking for a great property on Lake Harmony for a large group, this is truly the perfect place to rent. Can't wait to come back in the future!

Kevin, was really great but the house had issues since the moment we walked in. There was a flood in the basement some kind of back up so that play area was unavailable due to flooding. They fixed it the leak and cleaning company came the next day but sewer smell was still there. We found dirty plates and cups in the cupboard so that called for turning the dishwasher on to run all the stuff that we were going to use through the dishwasher. Fridge was also dirty. Comforters on some beds had stains. Out door grill needs deep cleaning as some of the grease on the bottom caught on fire and we had to clean it ourselves. House is huge it was 28 of us and we were all very comfortable. Deck space is amazing we all enjoyed it. , small public beach is across the street. Our group is big volleyball paying group but there was not space to put up a net and it's all gravel. Lake is very small and very very busy on the weekend.. We enjoyed hiking trails, lake and ice cram. Overall we had a great vacation. Flooding is something that is unexpected but we were all concerned with some of the issues with cleanliness. I would like to thank Kevin staying on top of things and being apologetic.

The hosts were very easy to communicate with and willing to help along the way with any questions we had. The property and the house were lovely and well-maintained.

Great experience. Amazing house and a lot to do near by. Kevin was great and very helpful! Just wish there were more towels available. Besides that everything was 10/10!

We had a wonderful time at the Treehouse. Plenty of room and we were 26 adults. The outdoor bar, hot tub and fire pit are great. Any questions were answered quickly by home owner. Would definitely recommend and plan on going back. Bernadette

We had a group of 20 with ages ranging from 3 to mid-70's. The Treehouse was well maintained, clean, and beautiful. Bedrooms on the first floor and easily accessible showers made it great for all ages. Kevin was very patient with any questions we had before hand. We would absolutely go back!

We had a great time staying at this location, which was a perfect spot for our friends and family reunion. The place is very spacious and clean. Kevin was great in communicating with us and providing all the info from pre-checkin to checkout.

We had a great time at the Treehouse. The size and layout was perfect. Beds were extremely comfortable and there were enough large couches to seat everyone, with space to spare. Great communication with Kevin throughout the entire process.

The house is great, very modern with a ton of space. We had planned a quick ski vacation with several families but with COVID we cut back to just 2 families. With the layout of the home everyone felt very safe and able to distance from one another and sill have a great time. House was very clean, well taken care of and Kevin was great to work with. Always accessible for any last minute questions and called before and after our stay to check on how things were. Highly recommend this property!
