I was actually amazed at how accurate the description and the unit matched! Normally you get a description that sells you on the unit and it's different when you arrive. This unit was a direct reflection of the add. I would definitely recommend renting this unit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything about this stay screamed luxury, 5 star service, opulence, and not a single thing I can think of that can be improved.

Gorgeous unit. Very comfortable. Super convenient location for anything you're doing downtown.

This location is perfect for everything Nola. Safe and secured parking lot next door to apartment… perfect windows to heat the sounds and smells of Nola… saw a second line right from the Living Room! Perfect!

We had a great experience here! The accommodations were modern and comfortable but with lots of personal touches that we really appreciated!
The location was ideal for us, in the upcoming warehouse district, close to the quarter and the Garden District, all within east walking distance! Tons of great restaurants and bars nearby!
The Sextant team were extremely responsive and helpful, checkin and checkout were seamless!
Would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again!

This was a great location! The rooms were large, huge closets, and plenty of space in the common area. The bathroom lighting could definitely be improved but small flaw in a great property. Future bookers please know that even though this property says it can sleep 6, they will charge you for more than 2 guests. Makes absolutely no sense to me because we had 2 couples to fit the 2 king beds and there was no disclaimer about the number of people they considered "extra" anywhere on the website until after we had booked. Would rather not work with a property management company that is trying to trick people into paying useless fees.

Great stay at this lovely condo in Nola. Awesome location close to everything to do downtown. Easy strolling distance to the French Quarter the Superdome Nola parade route and many local options for great food and cocktails. Easy check in. Interior was lovely and well accommodated. The lobby was under repair but posed no problems. The internet kept going in and out which made it challenging at times to watch TV Minor detail. Otherwise all was just perfect and would definitely stay here again. Can’t wait to come back!

Quiet inside with plenty of opportunity for good food and activity close by. Nice parking garage next door. Lots of options within walking distance and Uber was quickly available for other adventures. 15min walk to Superdome. Unit provided all the necessities although the couch and dining table was not as large as pictured. The wall of windows and kitchen was gorgeous! The friendliness and response of the management team was top notch. Overall beautiful place with a sleek minimalistic vibe. We will be back.
