The location is perfect for a peaceful vacation on the beach. Very nice stuff at the reception. I would recommend this place and I hope to visit you again soon. :)

The hidden gem on the Croatia coastline! 😊 Sunrise apartments are located in Lokva Rogoznica next to the main Jadranska Magistrala. You need just cross the street and after several dozen steps you are on the beach ( you can also use a tunnel directly). That is the best location in the whole Lokva – the entrance to the beach is exactly in front of apartments. You will not find anything closer. Beach is perfect. You can find there a lot of „small bays” where you meet a lot of privacy (like something just for your own). Free parking is available, just next to the property. Lokva is the greatest place also to visit other destinations on the Makarska Riviera (Baška Voda, Makarska) or Omiš and Split with Trogir. In my opinion that is the most beautiful region in Croatia –really huge mountains with steep slopes which go directly to the perfectly clean seawater. That is amazing. Rooms are perfectly cleaned, like a 4-star hotel. Owners keep them in very good condition. Rooms are equipped with a private bathroom and kitchenette. You will find there everything that is needed to prepare your own meals 😊 Air-conditioning – great efficiency. On the ground floor, you can find a bar. On the first floor – really huge terrace. Balconies – you will love them and their views. That is a great pleasure to spent evenings there, sipping local vine and admiring the scenic landscape. And now something that is the greatest value of that place – their owners. They are perfect. Great atmosphere. You can fill there like home. Really nice beach nearby, small grocery store 400 meters and retaurant too Nice ballance between crowded places like Omis etc. and staying in the middle of nowhere.

Fridge is not working 100%, but freezer worked fine.

Rooms were extra clean. New equipment, useful TV with HDMI. Air conditioning is new and perfectly operational. Staff is reliable and kind. Parking is not a problem. Close to the beach - 50 m. Most rooms have a sea view.

Facility is next to a main road, connecting Split and rest of Dalmatia. Traffic is heavy and loud. It is better to sleep with windows closed. But...price is more than fair and it takes into account that road traffic.
