A vivenda é lindaaaa, tudo como esta nas fotos. Divisões no tamanho ideal, tinha tudo o necessário... cozinha equipa com o suficiente para fazer as refeições... a casa se banho tambem com os bens essenciais desde toalhas a secador, ate um prancha para alisar o cabelo tinha... Adorei mesmo e a minha familia também!

As almofadas não eram as melhores, mas cada pessoa tem o seu gosto....

The only thing I could point out was insufficiency of radiators' and dehumidifier, however I must also admit that was really cold and rainy season.

That's a very modern house with 3 bedrooms, big, well equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher :) and a living room. It has a lot of windows so you may get a lot of light and sun but you cal also close the sheds for the night. It is very quiet at nights, as the property location is in the upper part of the town, almost in the end of it. The ocean view is perfect but the best are the cats that are coming every day curious of the new guests. Our kids had a lot of fun with them. Although we came in winter - beginning of February, the house was quite warm and we had 2 electric radiators that we used in the bedrooms. It was a very comfortable stay in a very tranquil location.

The ventitlation in the bathroom is very limited so everything (including the walls and floor) gets wet very quickly and it is difficult to get it dried. We tried to keep the small window open but it didn't help much. Maybe it's easier in summer time with higher temperatures outside.

Nice house. We had trouble opening the key safe, but somebody came quickly and helped us. We had problems with the house(read below) and the owner was able to find us another place where to sleep.

I myself had to write to the owner to receive the code to enter the house. When we entered, later in the evening, there was a mess everywhere. Apparently nobody had cleaned the house before our arrival. Unwashed dishes in the sink, trash everywhere, unfinished food on the counter, messy beds with used sheets - not possible to stay there. I called the owner and she offered us that we can stay in another apartment of hers in Ponta Delgada. We had to drive there, which took us over 30 mins(that day we were driving from Ponta Delgada, so we went back and forth), and eventually, in the afternoon of the following day, we could go back to the cleaned house. I asked the owner if she would reimburse us for the first night because we couldn't stay in the accommodation we had paid for and we had to move around, which of course was some trouble for us. She declined. The house overall was nice but we're sorry that we couldn't be there from the beginning. The owner said that it was her cleaning lady's fault, but I think the owner should take the responsibility for it and compensate us.

Everything was perfect. Quiet street, easy accessible, the house was brilliant. Well equiped and modern, had everything, we felt like home.
