They do not serve breakfast. I did like the security and friendly helpful staff.

The outside of the building looked mostly like what was pictured for this hotel.

I called early in the afternoon to let them know I would be arriving late and was assured this was fine. It took about 20 minutes for someone to come check us in, then in the room, there was mold on the shower curtain, the TV didn't work, and it was infested with roaches.

The location was perfect..

I thought they provided cookwear of free, but you have to purchase it. They left a used douche in the bathroom. And they only have one elevator that was broken at the time.

Had to bring everything in from my vehicle. Did not sleep well, because of all of the people loitering in the parking lot. Feared a break into the room.

Nothing about this place would want you to stay even 1 hour let alone 1 night!

The pet urine smell and the visible pet feces in the elevator. The pet feces you walked in all around the hotel that wasnt picked up. The roach that was crawling across the floor. The fact that when booking.com called the front desk on my behalf no one answered. How about when I went down to the desk to request another room I was told there were none and to stay the night (WITH ROACHES IN THE ROOM!) and they would refund my money in the morning. Or how about the fact the manager would not answer the phone when they called her? Absolute disgrace.

There where cockroaches and also the floor was filthy and the door handle was not wiped off and also it was $20 on top of what you booked the room for when I got there I had to pay more money oh yeah the smoke alarms going off at 2:00 and 3:00 in the morning

smell like cigarette eve ritual very dirty there was rouches in the kitchen floor super dirty as the elevator all hotels smell like food since they have kitchen inside the rooms a lite of noise at the parking lot contruccion people losing their trucks and yo end the fire alarm is activate 2 times over the night

there was people running around screaming peeking around cars doing drugs a lot of homeless people not quiet there was no ice looked like a jail cell

there was no staff to bother you but what comes with that the people doing illegal dangerous stuff at all times of night not a good place for a family or a child

Nothing to mention.

the room was not clean. Roaches are everywhere. the bathroom has a lot of hair. the receptionist was not friendly. the oven was dirty. the bed has only two pillows.

Customer service was great

The room was Filthy with dirty sheets and pillowcases floors was dirty and roaches was in the room I was not pleased I went down to tell the front desk they gave me sheets to put on the bed that was not professional
