House was not good in maintenance. Poor kitchen cabinet, broken sink, poor cleanliness. Towel was not exchange daily as scheduled.

The water heater in the master bedroom not working..the toilet door inside the master bedroom quiet torn and got so many holes. Its very old should replace it. The parking space very limited.only for 1car and my other fmily car have difficulties in finding parking at the back which need to walk around 15mins to reach back to apartment.

No back door gate out to Marina court, far for Block A walk out to main gate.

stayed here in Oct 2022. its clean and really spacious for the 5 of us. close to all the shops, filipino market, water front & gaya mrket. really recommended.

the parking. quite difficult to find my parking lot at the basement. not really organized according to our appartment number. searched for about half an hour..ended up parking on a different numbered parking lot.

Apartment's water pressure quite low and there is 1 unit of aircond not working

Old furniture

The room is large and kitchen amenities are completed. Just the sink is clogged but never mind that.. Others is ok and accepted.

Please prepare more pillows cause one pillow per pax is not comfortable.
