This property is probably the closest to the beach of any property between Noosa Heads and Maroochydore. It’s a little dated but had everything to keep us comfortable. Some reviewers complained about the Internet speed. It was between 35 to 40 Mbs but dropped off at the extremity of the balcony.

Exhaust fan noise in the bedroom ensuite. can disturb light sleepers. Before booking check with Aspire Property Management in Noosa Junction to see that no maintenance or improvement works are scheduled for the neighbouring units.

Convenient beach access Outside of property was neat and tidy Nice views

Difficulty accessing the property. Need to use both sets of keys at the same time. No instructions on how to gain access to property. Car parking was very tight and unappealing. Odour from public bin across the road and the storm water drain next door to the property. Dying cockroaches on the floor upon entry. Mould in both bathrooms. Extremely poor wifi and tv reception (obviously if this was mentioned on booking.com we would not have booked it)
