The window and view was huge!

The window sills were so dusty and had cobwebs. Aircon didn't work so no heater.

In a good location

Nothing very good

We were not informed about the steps we had to climb to get to our room. My friend has dicky knees. We found the meals were too large. Unfortunately, while tasty we were unable to eat it all.

Location was perfect for trip on the West Coast Wilderness Railway. We were able to get a great evening meal at the restaurant. Staff were helpful when heater wouldn't work.

Did not have breakfast there

We did not like having no hot water in our shower or basin. We also did not like having any heating when we arrived. Only after staff found circuit breaker tripped, all of this could have been checked by room staff ( cleaners ) when room is made up. This was the worst stay from our trip around Tassie will not be recommending to any friends.

Basic small motel style room centrally located. Restaurant and Bar onsite.

Not enough onsite parking. Noisy patrons outside the Bar smoking. Basic ammenities.

The updated rooms were a pleasant surprise as the outside was very dated. Very comfortable for our 1 night stay.

The accommodation is old and quirky a few things didn't work or broken but it was clean, we had a family room which was spacious. Linen was hotel quality and bed we comfortable. Toiletries supplied. Location in easy right a the top of town so easy to explore from. Parking outside your room. Pub style meal was nice in the adjoining front bistro. Even with the pub (nicely decorated) at the front, the rooms were quiet of an evening.

Check in was a bit difficult we had to hunt around for a staff member. Mini fridge in room was noisy. Some light switches were broken. Ripped curtains. You can tell the owner is in the middle of making improvements to the aesthetics of the property.
