River location

Far from city centre and points to cross to other side of the river I had a friend on other side bad planning on my part

Die Lage ist direkt am Rhein und die Anbindung mit dem ÖPNV in die Altstadt kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sauber und bestückt mit allem was man braucht.

Der Hausflur ist sehr hellhörig, so dass man auf Rücksichtsnahme der anderen Mieter angewiesen ist.

Great price and well set up. Great communication with host.

Not clear on explaining layout. We booked as a group of 4 adults and 2 of us had a room up a flight of stairs with a coded door lock and no bathroom or toilet. Having to come down the stairs at night and punch in a code to get into the main apartment was terrible. Also be aware that you will be on the wrong side for Koblenz proper, you will need to get a small ferry across the Moselle for 1.60 euro pp which operates 11am to 6pm. Otherwise its a 40 minute walk around or taxi at around 10 euro one way.

Clean Flat, otherwise your-average-IKEA-furnished flat with (nice) wooden beams.

AVOID: No view on Rhine despite the luring name, just a glimpse of some water between 2 buildings, with garbage bins (see photos) so you're min. 30mn walking from the Altstadt/centre in a dull neighbourhood, very close to the river but you could as well be in any suburb flat in Europe. If you're only after a place to sleep, you'll be better off (cheaper) somewhere else

Location was great, not too far from supermarket, easy walk into town centre. Nice and quiet by the river.

No issues other than the gate was a bit stiff to access the property.

The Haus is just next to the river in a very quiet area, so it was great to walk alongside the shore in the morning or in the evening.

Not really walking distance to the centre ( approx. 45 minutes or 10 minutes with the car ). One could hear everything that was happening in the apartments next to ours. But the one really unacceptable thing was that it was not clean - there were hairs and dust all over the place- in the bathroom, in the kitchen (!!!), everywhere.
