I can highly recommend this villa . all facilities new, everything working perfect.

Liked that even with no meals being provided I had a kitchen that I could use and cook if I wished. Easy to access, very closed to the beach and local restaurants.

No one to clean your room or check if you needed more toilet paper. I was there for one week my room wasn't cleaned and my towels were not changed even after asking then if they were able to do it and getting a reply that they would send someone to come. Messages send to them would take a while to respond.

Friendly and helpful owners, new, clean place, furniture, a fantastic location, very close to the beach and not far from Lisbon

The smell in the bathroom- apparently the whole Lisbon has the same problem, it's from the sewage, it got slightly better with open windows and the fan constantly working in the loo.

communication, explanation I had booked the property by booking en went to the door, could'nt enter the property and could'nt reach anybody. Later could reach a person and they have sent me the information regarding entrance and all. I had to wait in front of the door more than 30 minutes without any communication.

I can recommend this apartments. Nice, clean. Kitchen has comfy terrace. Entrance with code, so no staff is there.

Thin walls—you can hear everything beyond

The location is a 10/10. We did stay in winter though, and as the guest house is in the heart of all the action, if you're there in summer and want somewhere more quiet, it may not be for you.

Bathroom not clean: sand and hair in the shower, middle drawer had water from the sink Sockets not attached to the walls poor wifi bed ladders hurt when climbing Crib never showed up (not sure where to put it though but it was promised)

Clean, close to the sea

Busy area, noisy, no good isolation and unreliable internet connection. It was a bit humid and cold as well and could not find the remote to turn the heat.
