very spacious house

the house is very spacious and comfortable, clean and we were very well attended by the staff

the hotel is good but it is not close to the beach as it says on the website, actually it is close to the sea but there is no beach to have fun. To swim in the sea and sit on the sand, you have to travel by car to another beach far from there, about 15 minutes by car

Have a smell from the bathroom on 2nd floor.

I like that it's located right in the center of town and close to the beach. The beds are comfortable and there's a lot of space. Having a pool in the villa is nice too.

The villa is not as private as you might hope. They're houses that are very close to each other so you can see eachother like any other neighborhood. The front gate to the building didn't close and there was not gate on the pool meaning people could just look directly into the pool. Neighbors could also see into your windows if you don't close the curtains. It's not explained anywhere on booking or their website that you have to pay a deposit of 2000 Thai Bhat to stay there. The breakfast was basic. Also I know 100% I left my power bank there but when I asked the hotel they said the house keeping staff didn't see it. Which probably means I gifted it to the house keeping staff. It's not as nice as the price would suggest.
