One of my most important expirations when traveling is comfort and good nites rest. Occasionally you stay at a hotel where something keeps you from having that. This hotel is one of those. The air conditioner was not working. The temperature in the room all night would not get below 74. I normally sleep with the temperature around 67. If I was staying more nights I would have asked to have it fixed. Looking at what I expect was an old AC unit that heeded replacement, repair may not be a choice.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay.

I thought I requested a room with a couch but when I got there it was only 2 queen beds. Went to front desk to see if there was something that could be done and the attendant said there weren't any more rooms available. Also the bathroom floor was dirty and the faucet in tub was leaking.

Rooms were dirty, pool was closed the whole week, breakfast was horrible, shower was meh, a/c barely worked.

Pool was out of order, but we were able to go to the hotel next door to swim. I appreciated that they had a solution available! The free breakfast was good and had a lot of different options. The kids were happy and we all slept well. One suggestion would be to provide smart tvs with streaming.

The only issues was that the a/c wasn’t working properly when stayed and it was hot. Everything else was great including the staff. Would stay again.

We traveled from out of town for a wedding. We got there with only an hour to spare and online booking said that we could sleep five in the room and that a rollaway bed was available upon request. When we got there, we were told that the third-party vendor promises that the Hampton Inn doesn’t do that. That Night I slept on the floor and refused to do it a second night. When I told management management did nothing.

Not a terrible place. Decent breakfast. Clean. Needs some maintenance (ice machines and common space air-conditioning, specifically) The room AC struggled to keep the room at 70 (we had the thermostat set at 60)

No rooms were available for 3 pm check in. Lot of people there for a wedding. One woman got ready in the bathroom. Requested extra pillows ..never got them.

It was our wedding day and I was never told we would be charged a late check in fee and it ruined our wedding night. There’s also dead roaches in the hallway.

Our Hampton hotel stay was extremely clean with a very nice breakfast. The staff at check-in was extremely nice & pleasant!

The Hampton Inn is where we stay when we visit our son at SJAFB. It is consistently clean and the staff is great! It may not be at the top of Hilton's luxury list but it is certainly a pleasure to stay there.

The only thing I didn’t like was the ice machine in my floor didn’t work. I had to go 3 floors down the elevator for ice. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and I would stay there again

There was no utensils of any kind in our suite was the only disadvantages, as we had a kitchenette but couldnt use it

Active train track just across the street, Dresser drawers kept falling out, coffee pot broken. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

All the employees were professional and friendly. The room was comfortable. Parking was easy and plentiful. The complimentary breakfast was good. Location was great. Walmart, Applebee's, dollar store and other restaurants and stores are in walking distance. Plus the highway is right down at the 1st light.

Overall the room and common areas were clean and we felt comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast. The coffee was hot and the breakfast wasn't good. I didn't like the way the eggs were made or the sausage. Otherwise it was a good stay.
