I had a very relaxing stay. The breakfast was awesome and it tasted great. It was very quiet. The location is close to restaurants.
If I need to stay here again. This would be my first choice.

The room was fine but the property really needs an upgrade.

Room very nice seemed newly remodeled EXCEPT for tub which was old, mold, had someone’s haur YUCK I had to get out corner of bathroom not clean which I prob would not have noticed if the tub wasn’t gross

Check in was great. Gal that took over for the Afternoon/night shift was not friendly. Meaning she did not greet guests at all, not even a smile. Went to buy water and I had to be the one to say hi and ask for water. She didnt even care to say hi or ask what she could help me with. The AC in our room was very loud. The blower motor must be going out, it affected our sleep throughout the night.

We checked in after 6. The young lady at the front desk was cheerful and helpful, taking the time to talk to us about where to eat. The breakfast lady in the morning went above and beyond to make sure we had a little something to eat since we had to leave before the 7 am bell. I would recommend this hotel as the staff is excellent. We had others in our group that stayed at the Hilton and paid more and got less including service.

The exterior of the building needs a facelift and the grounds could use some random trash pick-up. Honestly, I wasn't excited about staying here when I arrived but was mostly put at ease when I entered the property to find it fresh and updated.
The interior public areas and rooms are modern/updated, mostly, and are clean. I say "mostly" updated as the mattresses are very old (they have a nice sag in the middle) that make them mostly uncomfortable to sleep on. They aren't dirty, they're just well beyond their "best by" date.
The staff here very friendly and attentive, the complimentary breakfast is kept fresh and provides plenty of options including more healthy selections (fruits, non-sugary yogurts, etc.) than I was expecting.
I would stay here again but not my first or second choice due to the mattresses needing to be replaced. The pillows are little lumpy but I travel with my own pillow (allergies) so that wasn't an issue personally, but may be for other guests.

The staff was great. Housekeeping is were they dropped the ball. But after talking to the GM, he was able to help us with that. Getting to the hotel you have to go through the parking lot for a very busy restaurant. Not something I liked. The exercise room was very nice and the breakfast was very good with great staff.

The washroom door was tricky to close.
When closed, it wasn't terrific to open it as that was
so tight.
On our first day of stay, I compliant to the front desk, but
no response till we left the hotel.
Will never stay there.

The desk employee that checked me in was fantastic! I would recommend a person stays on the 2nd floor because the 1st floor is very noisy when the room over you is occupied. The room was clean and comfortable, the lake behind it has a walking path and is relaxing. They don't have good signage regarding the hours breakfast is served and if you get there too early, the employee responsible for breakfast will loudly let you know. They could pull the weeds in the front along the motel.

Good price. Clean place. Easy to get to once you’ve done it several times. What with all the elevated concrete roads this place now seems to be stuck in a dark corner. An unfortunate impression as the hotel itself is fine. And Two Brothers right next door is a foot place to eat.

I made a reservation just a few minutes before checking in. Everything went very smoothly. Great breakfast and clean room and lobby areas.

The inside was clean and updated, the staff was friendly, bonus to have feee breakfast.
Did not like the looks of the outside, looked run down, needed weeds pulled and to be more welcome. Gave a sketchy feel

Hotel was in such bad shape we didn’t spend the night but went elsewhere. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Beds had definite sag. A person was sleeping on sofa in lobby. Carpets were badly stained. I was charged over $1100 for 4 nights. and was told I could only get $500 back and it would take a number of weeks to see the partial refund.

Manager clearly did not know his job, treated our group very bad and acted lile he was doing us a favor by allowing us there. If every hotel was not full we would have left. No guest should be treated this way period.

Motel inside is nice. But the location is incredibly hard to navigate to. It appears it used to be right off an access road that got replaced by a huge elevated on ramp that no longer provides access?

Breakfast should be offered at 0500 Monday - Friday. Saturday and Sunday 0700. People who work are not able to partake in the breakfast as it is being set up at 0600.

There is no elevator so if you stay on the second floor you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. And if you have a hard time going up and down stairs, I would recommend asking for a ground floor room.

Rooms and employees were fine.
The outside of building needs alot of work. All the landscaping is nothing but weeds and some are between 3 to 5 ft high. Building on the outside needs to be power washed and need some painting and fixing.

I stay at this LaQuinta fairly regularly and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This time though, the bed in my room was very uncomfortable.

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast room host was wonderful. The grounds were horrible. Tall weeds and thistles plastic bags blowing around, and cigarette bits all over the sidewalk by the exit door. Really wouldn’t take much to clean up and spray.

We stayed in room 202. The TV did not work. The clerk came to try to fix, but could not - there were no maintenance employees available. She offered to assign us another room, but we were tired and had just gotten unpacked so we declined.
Other than that, the room was very nice and everything else worked OK.
Bein an older individual ,I would recommend additional grab bars in the tub/shoer area.

Weeds need to be removed from the exterior of the building. Breakfast should be offered at 0530 for those that travel and need to leave by 0600.

Outside of the building could use some updating.
Fitness room was nice to have machines, but a few of them (exercise bike and elliptical had no cords so were kind of useless)
