Generally overall great experience. Our bathroom was not the cleanest as there was hair all over the floor and missing mini toiletries and that would be the only thing to note. Otherwise comfortable stay!

Niky the night shift was excellent; helpful, friendly, informative. Check out clerk was also helpful and friendly. Two ladies managing breakfast cleaned BEHIND THE COCOA COUNTER. A-mazing. Heard the staff talking about how the floor was going to get waxed over the weekend and they were EXCITED about it. They all appeared to be proud of their building. Hot cocoa and coffee all night.

I booked this on Hotels.com as a "pet-friendly" hotel, but the online check-in said, 'This hotel does NOT allow pets, and will charge a $25 fee if you bring your pet inside.' I called and the front desk lady said pets are fine, there's just a fee. That just made me feel weird, because I had to agree to a policy that wasn't actually true...
The room was great, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was okay. I enjoyed the Nutella and flavored cream cheeses, and the Keurig in the room. Overall, it was a good stay just didn't feel worth $200.

We weren’t sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Looks like new. Staff was great. Only “complaint” was that we got to breakfast right when it opened at 6am & the hot food was warm at best.

The only reason I give comfort a 4 is because the pillows were not all that great. They had the usual good breakfast fare, but I honestly feel this was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had. The staff is friendly and helpful, the property is very clean and is convenient to restaurants, etc..

The staff was wonderful and the hotel is nicely renovated. The room was spacious, clean and updated to perfection.

Stayed here many times in past and was very happy. Not so much this time. Staff was very friendly but hotel needs some attention. Room was pretty dirty, especially the shower. Sheets were very rough, probably past time to replace.

There is mold around the caulking in the shower and the botton of the shower door. The housekeeping is not very efficient. The breakfast is minimal and not very good. However the reception people are fantastic and very friendly.

Lobby and breakfast areas were very clean. Breakfast was great for a free grab and go. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned well…found food in refrigerator and an upper cabinet. Tile floors were sticky.

We had a long day getting here but it was nice to check into such a nice and quiet hotel after a long day of traveling.
Very friendly staff. We lucked out and got the suite so we were able to spread out and relax. The in room jacuzzi helped relax just before going to sleep for the night.

Things were ok, but breakfast was pretty limited (not everyone in the world wants to eat animal products), and overall room maintenance was ok but a few things were not great like toilet holder hanging off the wall, crud in corner of shower.
We asked for just one cleaning in 5 nights, and all they did was change towels and make beds. Was it asking for too much to clean the counters that are definitely getting messy given the way soap is placed?
