This was a repeat visit to this property. The staff very friendly and and very helpful . The gondola was easily accessible so it made our excursion into town so easy.

From the moment we checked in until we checked out, our stay was great. The two young men at the desk upon check in were friendly, efficient and so helpful. We were traveling with our dog and they were very very helpful. The hotel is in a great location and we would definitely stay here again.

we were booked for 2 days but after experiencing 2 great nights we booked 2 more. Staff is amazingly friendly, took care of us, breakfast was great,location was perfect and housekeeping provided great service. We would return again.

It was a good stay until me and my dog were attacked by a large black German Shepherd as we were about to exit the elevator to the lobby. The owner couldn’t control their dog, which jumped on my back and cornered me in the elevator for a few seconds before someone finally pulled it off of us. The staff seemed to care more about cleaning up my spilled soda in the elevator then any genuine concern for me or my pet.

Well located in Mountain village. All staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Hot tub welcome after a long day hiking!

My wife and I stayed here for our 3rd wedding anniversary in mid-June. We had previously stayed here in March 2019 for a ski trip and really enjoyed it, hence the return visit. Everything about the stay was awesome. Of particular note is the staff. Right from the beginning, Eric was very helpful and friendly. In fact, everytime we came down the elevator to the lobby, there was someone there to greet us with a smile and friendly word. In addition to Eric, Jake also was a standout person. We booked a room for next February for a ski trip. Before we booked, we asked if we could see some of the choices (room size and type) in order to make a better choice. Jake showed us several rooms and made the decision on our room choice easier. Hint, it was not the room we originally thought we would book. Overall, if we could give more than five stars, we would. I doubt we will ever stay anywhere else in Mountain Village.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The property exceeded our expectations. Amazing views too! The Gondola is steps away. It takes you into Telluride making very easy to get around. Everything is walkable. When we come back to Telluride we will stay here again.

Loved it in the off season. The access to the gondola was fun.

Very conveniently located near Gondola station for making trips to Telluride and other places. Valet charged my Tesla also on premise which was great! Friendly staff, greeted me with name upon pulling in!! Will come back for longer stays with family.

The staff at Lost Creek were amazing from the minute we arrived. The property is a little older but kept up very well. The location is perfect right in the heart of mountain village. Would definitely stay again.

Ski valet Carmine is top notch and the cookies they have are great. Also, they host a wine event with good food every week.

Ski-in ski-out does not get any better than this!! This place will spoil you! From the complimentary breakfast to the ski valet to the extremely friendly and responsive staff, you cannot beat it! Ski rentals are literally downstairs in the building. Drop your shoes with the ski valet, they give you your ski or snowboard boots and have your board or skis waiting on the rack right outside for you. When you come in, leave your board or skis on the rack outside, head inside where they take your boots and hand you back your shoes. Too easy!! Breakfast every morning is delicious! Good variety. Location is very convenient to shops and restaurants in Mountain Village or an easy walk to the gondola to go into Telluride. We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so if they have availability. Love this place!

The Inn at Lost Creek is a great place for a ski-in, Ski-out vacation. We brought our dog and they did everything possible to make him as comfortable as we were. The kitchenette is very handy for making small meals (breakfast sandwiches and lunch) but is too small for anything else. We appreciated having dishes and silver for the one night we ate in. The staff is helpful, friendly and very congenial. We were in a junior suite and our niece joined us for a night. The staff took care of setting up the room for her and parking her car and even comped her breakfast as a courtesy to us. My only complaint is that some of the furniture needs an update. The chest of drawers and couch were old and showing their age. Skiing demands lots of clothes and so easily accessible drawer space is a must.

Amazing ski in and ski out hotel

The best place to stay in Mountain Village! Amazing location for true ski in/ski out as well as restaurants/shopping/gondolas/ski school, and the staff are amazing!! We keep coming back to the same place each year and will continue to do so because I truly cannot speak highly enough of this hotel!

Everything about this property is amazing! The staff is all wonderful, breakfast is delicious, accommodations are comfortable, being able to reserve hot tubs for your own group and dinner at the restaurant, Talay, is absolutely delicious. My family return on all future visits!

This place has it all for a nice place to relax and unwind after hiking and exploring all day. River running through middle of property to sip drinks or coffee listening to the water, wood burning fireplaces, spacious rooms that even my toddler could run about, halloween light show, comfortable beds and amazing courteous and welcoming staff. Perfect stop for the night and already wanting to go back.

Rooms are very small - but property is well kept and comfortable.

The electronic check-in was not a winner for us. BUT, just about every other thing about the place was good-great. The in-hotel restaurant (breakfast) was very good. The room was great (upgraded). Proximity to lifts that take you into town was wonderful. We went at sunset and it was amazing. This was our second stay. First was two years ago. Just as good this time around. Highly recommend.

The staff was amazing! All of them were friendly, helpful, attentive and genuine. The desk crew both days and evening were so thorough. The location is great and walkable to free gondola to town. Several nice option for meals right in the village too. The included breakfast was wonderful. Fresh fruits, several warm and cold options. And the breakfast staff was so kind and helpful! We will definitely satay here again!

This property is very clean, spacious, and conveniently located near the gondola (Connection to the mountain village and Telluride), within walking distance of many restaurants. You'll feel right at home, and the staffs are very friendly. Overall, it's a great place to experience your vacation stay.
