The facility is clearly very old with a cosmetic makeover. The air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. The rest of the hotel was not cooled and was very musty and humid.

Hotel was nice. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and hot. Room was cozy and spacious. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Overnight stay. Accommodations were good. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast definitely left something to be desired, but other than that everything was fine. would definitely stay there again.

Really the only thing I didn't like was the SOFT WATER DON'T LIKE IT!!!

Very nice since it was bought out by Country Inn, the suites are comfortable and clean, we stayed for 4 nights. Wasn't sure if we were suppose to request maid service or not as we did have out "Maid Service" sign on the door. Ended up having to get our own new towels and sheets that night. other than that very nice and would book another trip here.

The stay was great! However the housekeepers aren’t mopping the floors during cleans and turn over. Our feet was so dirty. I did not inform the front desk but other than the floors being dirty the stay was good.

Staff on duty was very helpful !!

Price/benefit ratio is high. I would recommend and return.

Dead mouse in the hallway. I have pictures. Staff didn’t care. Extremely loud groups after midnight were not asked to quiet down the party. Love gatherings, but staff should have kept the group respectful. Especially into the morning hours.

No parking twice… under construction again pretty pictures but put together poorly paint all over showerhead too low to stand under cracked and leaking not enough towels hair all over room was not clean staff at front desk wasn’t helpful with parking just park on the street like they did

Nice upgrades however one issue I had was if your a local then the deposit is $150 which the site shows $50 however when checking in the $50 is for out of town. Wasn’t expecting to pay such a high deposit. Room was spacious and quite. Near restaurants and shopping. Need a room for the night while in the process of moving the next day. Parking slim considering renovations.

Nice place, overall! The room was big for the price I paid.. maybe too big. The A/C couldn't properly cool the entire room, therefore it was a bit warm.

Hotel was good but water leak in breakfast area faucets were loose in bathroom in my room parking lot was full of construction material for hotel not enough parking

Shower handle broke and didn’t offer us different room or anything compensation for the inconvenience. Bad way to deal with issue.

The bath was made for a child. The shower head came to my neck, I am 5 foot 8. I had to crouch down to wash my head. The shower drain was so backed up that no water would go down it. There was absolutely no counter space in the bathroom for anything. The floors were so uneven it felt like you were walking around a cave entrance. The entire room had a very odd smell to it. The breakfast cereal tasted extremely stale.

Where do I start ? The building is in the middle of a renovation and some of the equipment does not work properly. Our room had a broken shower bar so we were moved to a second room and that A/C unit did not work so we were moved to a third room which only had basic cable. No breakfast at all. Office front sliding door did not work making it difficult to get inside and the worst part of a lousy stay is I had to pay 50 dollars as a deposit and I was told it may take 3-4 weeks to get that money, debit from my checking account, back. It was mostly a horrible experience. Tell me why I shouldn’t go to YELP for help. How can you run a motel like this ? Get some vending machines on the upper floors as well.

Room service is HORRIBLE! have to request it each day and they used the same sheets and blankets 🙄 WHATS THE POINT? And they took my kids dessert ! An employee SON NY! First my kids and I were getting another key remade and my husband came in from work at the same time. He told me he would finish some work in their lobby area to focus for a bit. My husband is a black man (just keep this in mind) . I leave to the room and Sonny tells him , you can’t be here , are you even staying here ? You can’t just come in and work. Later that day we were leaving the hotel and my daughter whistled and AGAIN, SON NY says “HEY! You can’t do that here” Instead of telling US the parents something , keep in mind she was literally just being an 8 YESR OLD KID! She wasn’t screaming and disrupting anyone! We will never stay here again and we personally would prefer a full refund for a horrible experience which made us feel uncomfortable while we had to wait to move into our home !

Elevator was really dirty, room was loud, no place to hang out clothes, kids shouting in the hall, had to buy water upon arrival, limited amenities, won't be staying there again 😑.

Great place

The property is under transition from being a Best Western to a Country Inn. The work is not complete. The construction material is taking up parking spaces. The work looks terrible. Paint drops everywhere. Overspray on the doors. The hallway carpet is not properly installed. Old furniture with new paint just doesn't work. My carpet in my room was soaking wet. The air conditioning unit was half open and improperly installed. The lamented flooring is not a good idea in a suite. I guess they are cutting costs and it looks like it. It looks like they sid the minimum they could get away with to try to make it look like a better hotel. However in my mind they failed horribly. Maybe it will be better later on down the road. However it is not worth the money to stay there. They really need to think a out the terrible effort they are doing.

The rooms are big and clean. Also, the staff is friendly. I enjoyed staying here. Also, my daughter showed me how you can log into your email account on the tv and access your Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. So, that was nice

Room smelled like smoke. Very run down and about half-remodeled.
