DO NOT STAY HERE! It started w pick up from airport. Driver was too lazy to get out of bus to even open luggage space in back. People just got on with ALL their luggage...no room to sit, people were standing holding small children. Unsafe. Even though they will pick you up for free, no information given about it costing $10 per person to go back to airport. Checking in was extremely slow...extremely slow. After waiting 2 hours for bus to pick us up, check in took over an hour! A few people were in line, also... but, it should never have taken that long! Our room was absolutely awful. The bed only had a box spring with a thin foam pad on it. No exaggeration. Room was dark, dirty. Towels were ratty and really worn. Bathroom was gross. Plus, some "interesting " women showed up to meet some men in lobby.

Smooth check in. The stuffs are friendly.

Modern and Well Located near the Intl Airport.

The worst Ibis hotel I have ever stayed at during more than 30 years of travels worldwide, from the minute of arrival service was incredibly rude and even basic amenities were so reduced that even a decent shower was not possible. Will never return here.

The hotel is clean and close to airport. The shuttle service is not easy to find at the airport.employees do not speak or want to speak english or spanish. Female employees at the reception are pretty leasy.

This is a comfortable hotel close to the airport. One of my favorite things about the hotel is the airport shuttle service. I hope the restaurant gets back to the way it was before the pandemic. The buffet used to be great.

There is no parking lot In this hotel, in fact there is one but it is paid, so it doesn’t help much. To make it worse they overcharge for packing in a place that should be free for guests.

Clean, good breakfast. Air conditioning could be better(was ok) but noise level and response time to cool the room was a bit too much

I used it between flights, long layover. Looks like it's good for that & kids traveling on a budget. I just needed a few hours of sleep. Airport transfer was available.

The beds are way to small you turn over and almost fall off.

It was comfortable, extremely clean, well priced and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a bit of everything, except for gluten-free bread, and the coffee could be better. My friends and I always choose Ibis for its consistent value for your money. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. This was the first time for my father. He was pleased with the choice.

There are two very distinctive sides to my review here. The hotel itself was nice, the rooms were good and clean, breakfast and amenities were good, and location and value were great. My negative feedback comes from their policies/enforcement of their policies from their front desk workers. My wife and I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM or so after a 9+ hour flight, plus immigration, etc. at the airport, so a 12+ hour travel day, we were tired. We went to check in and were asked for our passports. I (who booked the room) presented mine and my wife gave them her ID since her passport was at her parents house in Brazil. The front desk worker stated that she needed her passport to be able to check into the room. I mentioned that I booked the room, and she had my passport, so I didn't understand what the issue was. She eventually gave me the key to the room, but said that my own wife could not go up to the room with me until she had a copy of her passport!?! I then noticed a sign behind the front desk that basically mentioned sex trafficking/prostitution not being allowed at the hotel. At the end, that is exactly what they treated my wife like, a prostitute, not a valued customer. We have traveled ALL over the world, including other places in Brazil and we have NEVER been asked for our passports at check in to ANY hotel. Very disappointed in this situation and will not be returning to the Ibis because of it.

Bit of a distance from/to the airport.Made use of the airport shuttle service to the airport (R$8). Basic accommodation and old property, so a bit run down.
