We had a wonderful stay at this house. Everything was exactly as described. Only complaint we had were the neighbors (but we know that was out of the owner's control). Location was perfect to the beach!! And the pool was great for the days that it rained off and on. Would definitely stay here again!

The house and location were perfect! It was very limited on cooking items, ie;pots/pans utensils. The grill was very rusty and there were no blinds on the back door. This completely exposed the inside of the home at night while we were inside. We enjoyed the stay, but it was costly with items we feel should have been provided.

Annual beach vacation n PCB was a success mostly for the location of this very modern, beautiful house. It is close to our fave restaurant Pineapple Willy’s. House has a pool, not a big pool but it suited our needs. House layout was perfect but location was the best, a very short walk to the beach via public access point. The house fit our big family perfectly. Definitely recommend this place if you have a big family and you want to make it memorable.

Location was great, pool looks small but for the number of people who stayed it is good. There are definitely not enough pans for cooking if you plan of doing much of that. The kitchen could definitely use new cookware and utensils. The air downstairs was out the 1st day we were there but when still out the next morning Blue Swelll sent someone out and they were there and fixed it quickly. Was skeptical when we first pulled up because there was a shirtless man on the balcony installing columns and Blue Swell knew nothing about it. He was really nice and I assume they figured it out amongst themselves. Our stay was great and we did not want to go home. Would rent this house again.

Large property that with ample space for extended family gathering. We had plenty of space for everyone.The pool and covered outdoor patio off the living area was the perfect design for our family-some people inside, some folks outside, but everyone still together. Steps from the beach so we could come and go without having to make a huge beach set-up everyday. Property is showing some wear and tear in upstairs shared bath, street noise is common, backyards back up to multiple neighbors so you can hear others, surrounding area businesses and homes are an interesting mix of Americana. But, overall, we were very comfortable in this home and made many happy memories with our PCB vacay. :)

Great location. Layout of house is very comfortable and plenty of space in kitchen. Would definitely recommend. The only complaints are the furniture in living room is not very comfortable and the kitchen is not stocked very well. Also the floors needed a good cleaning. However the house overall is great.

This is a BEAUTIFUL home and its proximity to the beach is EXCELLENT. This was our first family trip in a few years and our first time in PCB. Over the years we have spent much time in Destin/Sandestin area. This house was perfect and held the ten of us comfortably. The pool is a nice touch and the kids did enjoy it although the weather was a bit cool. The contact person was GREAT with communication and everything is available digitally so the info can be shared easily with your group. Parking was great and accommodated 3 large vehicles. Beds were comfortable and PLENTY of towels were provided! Many nice touches.
A wonderful time was had and definitely would stay here again.

Great family Vacation. We took our parents and brother on a family vacation to PCB. This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room inside and outside. As we spent most of our time around the pool. The only thing missing are card games and or outside games to play. I have recommended this rental to two different famiky & friends.

Love love love it! This is the 3rd year we have stayed in this area. House is beautiful, pool is great for those days when the ocean doesnt cooperate for swimming and also a great way to unwind after a day at the beach. Plenty of room for everyone, king sized beds are a plus too! I do wish this property offered beach towels so you dont to pack those!! Propery manager quick to respond to any issues or questions. Would stay here again!!

We rented a 5 bedroom house with a private pool only 300 feet from the beach. The house was beautiful and accommodated our family well. Blue Swell was great to work with. When we arrived I was going to fix food for the family but the skillets were in bad shape. I text Blue Swell and they brought over a brand new set immediately.

Overall the house was perfect for a multi family vacation and is in a great location. Pool was small but did the job. The only problem is the kitchen. There is only two small (very worn out!) skillets and one small and one medium size pot. This makes it impossible to cook for a large group. If a house accommodates 10 to 12 people you should be able to cook for 10 to 12 people. We ended up going out and purchasing a set of pots and pans to cook with for the week then transported them home. We did have an issue where one of the TVs didn't work they were quick to come out and replace the same day. I would stay here again, but if you are planning your trip just know you will have to get your own pots and pans to cook with!

We had a group of 12 and this house was perfect! We brought both sets of grandparents with us and each of our kids brought a friend. I was worried that we would feel cramped but we weren't at all! There were plenty of towels and hand towels (might want to bring a few more wash cloths with you though.) The kitchen was well stocked (the crockpot is great for long days at the beach) and there's plenty of cabinet space to store your groceries, the washer & dryer was large capacity, all of the mattresses including the bunk beds were good, and the location is great! I didn't want to fool with a parking garage or elevator this time. The walk to the beach is less than walking from your condo to the elevator and through the pool area at our normal condo. We really enjoyed having our own private pool as well! We would definitely stay here again!
