Property was better than the listing presented. You can tell that alot of thought went into this property and is well setup for large families and friends.

This is our second stay at Eden Oaks and this visit, we brought our family. First class amenities and so many activities for everyone to enjoy. We can't wait to make this an annual tradition.

We absolutely loved this home!! First of all it’s beautiful, perfectly designed to entertain, great for families; our kids had a blast as well as the adults. Every detail has been thought through. Super clean and modern, its perfect! We don’t have any negative comments about it, we will be back!

The property was beautiful and spacious. Perfect for amount of rooms for our family for our Christmas gathering. Each couple had a room with a bathroom. We understood that it was going to be to cold for swimming but the adults were looking forward to utilizing hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working (filter clogged safety shutdown). We were celebrating our families Christmas celebration after several years of being away. When everyone decided to call it the night on Saturday evening around 10:30 pm we all were shocked that we had no running water in the lodging facilities. This would include no running toilets. 9 adults, 2 teenagers, 5 toddlers and 1 newborn. NO WATER !!! Management was contacted and there reply was “that they could not do anything and things happen just like if I was at my own house”. Well if it was my own house I would call out a plumber. Management would send someone out the next morning first thing. No one ever showed up nor did management call to check on status. Very disappointing. How would you feel if you saved all year and spend over $3,000.00 for the rental and your entire family can’t even poop or pee in the lodging facilities. Everyone had to walk out side in the cold across the courtyard in cold 25 yards to the main glass house which only had 1 toilet and a very small shower. It was very unpleasant to say the least for everyone to wait in line to use one toilet and shower in the morning trying to get off the property by 10 am.

Spacious property, incredible amenities. Weekend getaway with friends and we rarely left the house. We had all we needed with the pool, hot tub and views.

Everything in the description of this retreat is accurate and amazing! We gathered here for a nearby wedding in Gruene and enjoyed the close proximity to the wedding venue. We loved the separation of the Glass House and Bunk House and all the beautiful areas to explore on the property. Easy check in and check out, plenty of parking, clean and well appointed. This stay exceeded all of our expectations, highly recommend!

Perfect spot for our retreat with our team. We enjoyed the pool and went down the road for tubing. Beautiful spot!
