Can't wait to go here again for years to come!

I would not recommend home. Pros: The location to the beach is great! The kitchen is adequately stocked with cookware, and the hot tub was clean. Cons: Hard beds. Dead bugs in the kitchen light fixture. A layer of dust throughout the living space. Sand embedded in the couch cushions. Hair and dust in the corners and baseboards of the bathroom. The televisions in the second floor king bedrooms didn’t work due to faulty Rokus. The home feels like an investment property that was put together as inexpensively as possible. The bedrooms are sparsely furnished with cheap linens. The entire place was a big disappointment.

We vacation at the beach at least twice a year. This has been our favorite location as there was plenty of beach even at high tide, and we could bike to restaurants and stores etc. Upon arrival we discovered lots of hair/crumbs on the sheets and pillowcases and assume it came from the crew tossing the comforters on the floor while making beds maybe? We had to re wash all bedding the night we arrived. Cleanliness in general needed work and management said they would address this. (Though previous guests reviewed the same issue and blinds/walls were still really dirty and tons of bugs in the light fixtures still. Also we had an ant problem in the kitchen our whole stay but it’s the beach so that happens). But the location of this house was awesome and plenty of room. The beach access deck is off one of the king bedrooms rather than living area so keep that in mind when making sleep arrangements. Bring your own pillows if you need more than one small per person. No extra pillowcases were provided for the closet pillows and they said that’s normally an extra charge. Request sheets in advance for the pull out if you plan to use it. Lots of pantry space! Love the king beds rather than queens so couples are more comfortable. Outdoor storage room across from the shower had chairs and kids toys etc. which is great for traveling families if you want to pack less.

Great location. The house was dirty when we arrived. Crumbs on kitchen table. Sand on end tables. Floors were sandy. The rental company did give us some money back. There were ants in the kitchen everywhere and we found live roaches in every room. The beds are horrible, they feel like your laying on concrete. The faucets and shower heads leaked. Ice maker doesn’t work. Not enough parking to accommodate 10 people.

Cannot beat the location of this property. The house had the space we needed but is in desperate need of a deep clean and some maintenance. The blinds, bathroom cabinets and vents had a lot of dust, dirt and hair on them. The vacuum on-site was missing a wheel and there was not enough suction to remove the dust/hair/dirt. Beds could also use an upgrade. The 3 king mattresses all sagged when a person laid down. We had a great stay but beware before you book!

The location on the beach can’t be beat. Very close to excellent restaurants. Hot tub was very dirty and unusable for most of our stay, which was disappointing since that was the primary reason we picked this house. It was a holiday week, so we understand the difficulty in getting someone out to clean it, but management company told us multiple times that they would take care of it and no one came until the day we were leaving.

We throughly enjoyed our time at North Shore Oasis. The ocean front hot tub was prefect for the cool evenings. All of the king beds were very comfortable, while the twins could use an update but would be suitable for small children. The house location was perfect for our stay.

Overall the place was very nice. Cleanness wasn’t the best but definitely wasn’t nasty. Great location close to everything. Would stay here again just need to have the cleaning people do better. Don’t think the vents have been cleaned in years, little things like that being clean make a big difference.
