Nel centro di Anchorage, questa casa vacanza è la soluzione perfetta per assaporare il meglio della città. Raggiungere Pop Carr Park è semplicissimo, inoltre basterà percorrere pochissima strada per visitare un'altra meraviglia locale: Business Park Wetlands Special Management Area ti aspetta a 12 minuti a piedi. Questa sistemazione offre anche un parcheggio dove potrai lasciare il tuo mezzo.
Cerchi un po' di relax? Riposati nella vasca idromassaggio o sul balcone. Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi gratuito e TV via cavo/satellitare: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.
Nella cucina potrai preparare ottimi piatti come se fossi a casa! C'è proprio tutto l'occorrente: un forno, un piano cottura, un frigorifero, un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili. Asciugacapelli, asciugamani e carta igienica sono tra le dotazioni di questa casa vacanza. E non dovrai portare con te troppi vestiti: qui troverai lavatrice e asciugatrice. Un'area soggiorno separata, riscaldamento e un tavolo da pranzo sono tra i servizi e le dotazioni inclusi.

Really liked the inside of the rental. The 2 beds we used were both quite comfortable. The TV was large and easy to use. The couch was spacious for all of us. The water pressure and shower head were AMAZING.
Got the door code about 2 hours before check in time - would have liked it earlier (was getting worried), but was glad to have a simple way in.
While there weren't very many things close by, there was a GREAT little Mexican convenience store right around the corner with very friendly staff and delicious tamales!
I did try to email the host through Expedia, and the email provided got bounced back - so they may want to verify that's correct.
Area around the property looks lower income, but nothing seemed unsafe. Bathroom had some stains / streaks on the wall, but all the main points were clean (bathtub, toilet, sink). Third bed was NOT comfortable, but luckily we didn't need it. Being Alaska, it was very bright very late - would have liked shades that darkened the rooms a bit more, but we dealt with it for a couple of days.

Property was good value for money with ample parking and easy access to major roads. Property pretty much as advertised, which is good. Only problem was that the keypad lock was quirky. Landlord guided us thru a kind of funky fix to make it work, but it's a known fault. Overall, 7/10

Everything was great - beds were wonderful and coffee, shampoo,etc,was supplied. Extra towels and blanket.. Fans were provided for air circulation House was clean.We stayed in June - when mosquitos were not an issue. We had windows open both nights and no bugs - but if a different time of year, this might be an issue as 2 rooms either had no screen or broken screens - Location was great - 15 min to downtown Anchorage by txi or uber. Perfectly situated. Host was congenial and easy to contact on the app. Would stay again if in Anchorage.

A little run down. Lots of items needing some repair, shower head and faucet lose, table chairs are wobbly and the bathroom has no tp holder…. it was ok for the price and for a 1-2 night stay. No hot tub as stated in posting, which was disappointing. Nice people and neighbors so all and all it was ok.

No hot tub. The unit is in need of lots of small repairs (ice maker, bathtub faucet, blinds, door jams, missing bedding)
Pictures of property were deceiving, damaged outbuildings with lots of debris.

Host communicated well, but initiates through the VRBO app so best to have that. This unit was good at the price point, convenient to the airport. It was clean, but portions of the unit looked hastily done and not well finished. Externally is not wonderful. There is no hot tub, there is a tub, it is not a spa/jetted nor multi person (a normal bathroom tub in the bathroom). There was no grill and not much in the way of cooking condiments like oil, spices, etc. That may improve as the season moves along. Also no shampoo and soap during our stay. This is still a great value at the price and would still recommend as long as you are not expecting a fully polished location. We found getting into town quite easy and not far from grocery or things to see/do.

It was good. Neighborhood a little run down. Safe though. Downstairs tenant plays war video games til 2-3 am, you can hear it and you can’t sleep. Shower handle and spigot needs to be tighten and secure. There are no mosquito screens on the bedroom windows so you can’t open the windows. It needs to have fans that are stable. One standing fan is not secure on the base. The other fan is a box fan, toooo loud. The other bedroom does not have a fan. Not able to open windows makes the apartment really hit and stuffy. Loved the huge tV. Beds, one of them not that comfortable.
It’s a good place for the price.

What we liked about this rental was that it was close to the airport and many other activities and places to eat at in Anchorage. The rental was fairly clean and the property manager responded quickly to my messages.
