This was a nice clean apartment. They even had a cooler and beach chairs. We left a boogie board for the next renters to enjoy. Washer and dryer was a bonus and very roomy place. Everything you need in one place and beach is a 2 min walk.

We had a nice stay and loved the location to the beach - just a few min walk down the road! The apt was spacious and well kept. The jacuzzi on the roof was very clean and nice to hop in (though only heated from the sun). One tip is that there are roosters and chickens that run around PR and some lived in the side yard adjacent to this apt, so bring earplugs if sensitive to noise.

I stayed with my family for five days. Check in & check out was a breeze, the property manager was one text away to answer any questions. The property was very clean and comfortable, I will not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved this property! It was spacious, bright, and close to several beautiful beaches worth exploring. The closest beach is quite wavy and not ideal for very young children but we still played in the ripples coming into the shoreline and the more swimmable beaches are just a short walk away - 15 min. The stocked kitchen, laundry and air conditioning were well appreciated! Something to be said about having some staples already in the pantry (some spices/oil/sugar), beach chairs, and even a first aid kit. We didn’t rent a car but relied on Uber for some short excursions nearby; walkable to the grocery store, to the « downtown » of Luquillo which isn’t much but enough for some beachside restaurant options. The apartment was roomy, clean, safe and very functional. Pictures really don’t do it justice: it was beautifully decorated and homey. It would be suitable for 4 adults max if you are keen on an actual bed as opposed to a day bed. We are hopeful to come back as soon as we can. Thanks so much for hosting us!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect location to explore the beaches, the rainforest, food and other sites. Communication between host was impeccable and it was a friendly and quiet space!

Had a great time staying right near the beach! Easy walk to the beach on the street and a 20 min walk/short drive to Luquillo beach.

Came into luquillo with my two nieces. Had an absolutely perfect. The apartment was immaculate and the check in process was smooth and easy. We loved the proximity to the beach and the marina for the boat to vieques. The laundry facilities weee also super helpful. Thank you, for sharing your home with us. And for a special weekend in Puerto Rico.

This is a well maintained, nicely furnished, and well stocked place to spend a vacation week or weekend. It's a very short walk to a great beach and it has a very nice and large 2nd floor balcony for lounging outside (best and largest balcony in the whole building). We were just looking for an affordable place to stay while doing day trips to El Yunque and Celubra but were pleased to find that it was nice just hanging out in this place in Luquillo.

The apartment looks better than in pictures. There is enough space for three adults and plenty of everything, even extras that you need in a daily routine. The only minus is the mattress and the bedding on the king size bed: mattress is too soft and if there is a back problem, you will not have a good sleep; and the bedding is not cotton, but pure polyester, which is not breathable, and therefore is not healthy, and it clings to the body. The queen size bed has a good support mattress and cotton sheets though. The communication with manager was excellent. I would recommend this place to my friends.

This was a perfect place to stay especially since it was our first time here. Close to the grocery store, kiosks, El Yunque, beaches, many excursions, and Old San Juan. It was nice not to have to drive so far because of the road conditions in some areas and just driving here can be tricky. Loved seeing the rainforest in the background every time we left to go somewhere. We felt very safe here, and Juan was great with always communicating with us. Some advice: bring earplugs or a noise cancelling device because the roosters love to chat early in the morning. That would probably be anywhere you stay though. And FYI, some reviews stated that the hot tub wasn't warm. That's because it's actually a 'cooling off' jacuzzi which was really nice to have on hot days. Would definitely stay here again!

Place was well kept & very secure. Very closed to the beach & a lot of different type os stores & restaurants are near by.

The property manager was extremely cordial and explained everything we needed. The amenities include literally everything you need to stay at the beach! Just bring your food and you'll be all set! Super clean, great A/C, fabulous location, super comfortable beds and bathroom, just a great place to stay! The beach is literally 2 minutes walking distance and there's a "balneario" 3 minutes away in car, which has showers and kayaks for rent, etc. Also, right next to the balneario is the heart of the food industry in Luquillo. So, the location is just perfect! Definetely coming back and I already recommend it to everyone I talk to!

Very nice apartment, super clean and very secure. Very comfortable rooms and had everything you need to cook and keep clean, also nice to have laundry in unit. Juan was awesome and worked with us to get us in very late arrival time (1 AM due to flight). Only downfall is the check in time is between 3-6PM which doesn’t work well with flights, and not posted prior on the listing. Juan met us, and got us in, but recommend a lockbox to place keys or a code to get in. Thankful he made it work though! Super great location and we could walk to coffee and dinner spots, and beaches nearby. Had a great time for our week stay in Puerto Rico!

Easy check in, met host, got briefed and was handed the keys to the condo. When we entered the unit it was perfectly decorated and equipped with everything you may need. The host Juan was very cordial and professional. We will return…!!!!
