This is such a cute little lake house. It was quiet and has a beautiful view! The owner was quick to respond and very accommodating! My only suggestion would be to have long handled grill tools for grilling. Great place overall.

Awesome house on Grand with a super nice dock, great amenities, and a killer view. Hosts were great! Absolutely no complaints! We will be back in the summer months to swim from the dock!

We had a very relaxing, quality-filled family time weekend getaway here. It is a drive away from everything & the driveway is steep. The property is Beautiful & they provided board games & s'more supplies. The TVs did not work, including the DVD players (but who really needs a TV at the lake?). It also got pretty cold at night & the thermostat did not allow us to adjust the temperature. Also, the hot water for showers was not hot, so I’m not sure the hot water heater is set at a comfortable temperature. The kayaks were not available, but the weather was too cool for getting in the lake anyway. We really enjoyed our stay, but probably would have enjoyed it more during the summertime. The family time, the view & the swing on the dock were definitely the best part of our stay!

The house by itself is nice.but property manager so much bothered me and very bad customer service and blame us not good for this and that…..especially things we even not did and texted me after 3 days we left with bad attitude

This house is extremely cute...beautifully done, clean and stocked with everything we needed. Located overlooking the lake with all the outdoor extras - wonderful porch with comfy chairs and table/chairs for dining, fire pit, exceptional dock with slide and high dive. We enjoyed the kayaks that were available to us. There were also stand up paddle boards. Really a great set up to enjoy the lake. A big thanks to the owner who was very accommodating and responsive to our questions!

I searched long and hard for a lake house that would be a good fit for our family and ran across this one and fell I love with it. I was sad it was already booked for most of the summer so I reached out to the owner and asked if he had any cancellations to please reach out. He was very prompt in responding and said he’d let me know if something came up. A few weeks later he said a Sunday and Monday night became available. I had everyone drop everything and my husband take off work. I have 3 teenagers and life is always taking us in different directions. We really needed time away for some quality family time. This was the perfect getaway. We had an amazing time! The kids loved it! The house offered everything we could want and more. The owner is great with communication and I hope to return again in the future.

This lake house was perfect in location, quality, and amenities. Me and my 3 teenagers had a great time kayaking and fishing and just spending time in the water. Location was quiet and peaceful and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Our stay on Grand Lake was awesome. Our host , Todd, was easily reached and was very hospitable. House was clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. The kids loved swimming off the dock. From swimming to eating s’mores we had a great time building those family memories. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Todd! Thank you Grand lake!!

I don't like to give negative reviews, but I feel like I need to be honest about this property. Long story short, it was not cleaned before we arrived. There was obvious crumbs/dirt/hair on the concrete floors when we walked in. The bathroom floors had a significant amount of hair on them. We wore our shoes in the house. The bedroom carpets are more hair, food crumbs, etc. It just obviously hadn't been vacuumed. When we went to take showers the first night, the towels had been put away wet. We weren't sure if they had been washed, and used our beach towels. And the most disappointing, was hair in the beds. That was really just gross. I let the owner know after our visit, and he was assured me they haven't had this issue before, but some items around the house were so dusty it was apparent it wasn't cleaned regularly. The driveway down to this house it also incredibly steep, so my sure you have good brakes and transmission to get in and out. On a positive note, my kids really enjoyed swimming off the dock. But we wouldn't ever go back.

This was a super relaxing stay! The cabin is decorated beautifully, and being able to see the water out the windows was great! Our oldest 2 teenagers loved playing the “ring” game on the porch, and we all enjoyed the super easy access to the slide, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards. In spite of all these great things, I will mention that things inside the cabin are a little tight/cramped.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house and location were perfect! Our family enjoyed having access to the kayaks and paddle boards along with the slide and platform on the dock. The kids were never bored. We would definitely stay here again!

This VRBO was fantastic! Such a great location with dock access. My kids loved the paddle boards and the slide. The house itself was modern and spacious. The kitchen was stocked very well with all kinds of kitchenware and had all the amenities you could ever need. The front porch was fantastic and had an amazing view of the water. Once again, the owners did great with all the amenities; the yard had a fire pit, sitting chairs, and even corn hole boards. I would highly recommend this property for the perfect lake getaway.

Everything was perfect. Clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. There’s an enormous hill you have to go down to get to the property, which freaked me out a bit. But once you get down there, you are pretty much secluded. The dock is great! The kids enjoyed swimming and the slide. And great fishing.

We had an amazing time kayaking, swimming and playing board games. It was good family bonding time. I would definitely recommend it!

We absolutely loved our weekend getaway for ym husbands birthday. He spent his weekend fishing, our kids enjoyed the kayaking and even braved a dive off the dock. Our host Toddwas responsive and very friendly. Will definwtly be booking another stay

Probably our favorite stay yet. Accommodated our family perfectly. Right on the lake so can't get much better than that. Has everything you need. Host was extremely helpful and quick at responding. Just as pictured. Price is great. Hope to go back asap. 😊

We loved this adorable cabin! It is beautiful inside and out- with lovely design choices in this new build. Beds were comfortable and it perfectly accommodated our family of 4. We especially enjoyed being right on the water and the gorgeous views of Grand Lake.

This property is beautiful, right on the water, quite, and like new. Property manager responds quickly with accurate information. And is equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. We have stayed here twice now and will be back again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Todd’s place. So many thoughtful touches from the s’mores station, to the stocked bathrooms with toiletries. The home is clean& the view is breath taking. We would have been content with just lounging on the couch the whole time! Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the kayaks and swimming!

This property is absolutely wonderful with so many great amenities! The attention to guest details is amazing. We came for a short, quiet, "reset" get-away for a couple of days in January. (Nice drive from OKC, easy access to house and dock, great view, etc.) We hope to return for some warmer days and kayaks! Thank you Todd for hosting!"
