Had a wonderful experience! The location was incredible and the staff were tremendously friendly and helpful. The room itself was super spacious - it was minimalist, but that was perfect for my one-night stay

Everything was great! The location and the service are the main draw - it's not elegantly appointed, but that's not what it's about or what I was after. If you're looking for luxury, this won't be the spot, but that should never be a negative reflection on the property :)

Que a la pàgina de reserva i per les fotos de l'establiment sembla que reserves un petit apartament i en realitat la majoria d'allotjaments no tenen cuina pròpia i tenen un espai compartit. El segon dia el vam trobar tancat i no vam poder recuperar el que haviem deixat a la nevera.

A localização é excelente, o bairro envolvente tem imensa oferta de restaurantes e lojas e é bastante perto de vários pontos de interesse na cidade

A limpeza não era a melhor. Os lençóis estavam lavados mas tinham uma mancha antiga. O chuveiro não estava bem limpo e as paredes tinham manchas de uso (café, etc). O resto do quarto parecia limpo e era agradável. Tinham deixado apenas um set de toalhas para uma pessoa, quando eu tinha comunicado que iria viajar com outra pessoa. Quando contactámos a receção por mensagem para pedir mais um set de toalhas, ninguém respondeu ao nosso pedido.

Room was very small, bed soft, pillow horrible, corridor smelt of cooked food. Really disappointing and lacking in any character.

Great location to the port area. So easy to get in and out. Very secure. I was able to leave my bags in a secured area until my room was ready. Little over a mile from the main train station. I was able to walk there with my suitcases to catch the bus to the airport when leaving. I did not take advantage of the common areas. There was so soap of any kind in my room, that would have been nice, but I had my own as well. You need to bring your own nescafe pods if you want coffee. The bed was comfortable. Highly recommend.

Conjunt de l edifici. Passadissos llargs, complicats i poc acollidors. Olor de tuberia desagradable als passadissos i al bany. El sistema de comandament domotic no és fàcil, sobretot el control de l aire condicionat.

The Location is perfect if you want to discover Marseille without any transport needed. You can walk everywhere and enjoy a stunning view from the roof top restaurant. The staff is super friendly and helpful with tips and recommendations. I never stay anywhere else in Marseille again!

l'emplacement géographique est vraiment excellent, hyper centre à coté du vieux port et de tous les commerces, le staff et la qualité de la chambre. Un hôtel parfait pour un séjour pro ou en famille au vu de la qualité des chambres qui sont très spacieuses, propres et très bien équipées

The location was great, facilities were good, the room was clean and lots of storage available. Perfect for a short break! The staff were very helpful and answered any questions we had.

There was a horrible smell in the corridors and the lights on entering the corridor were very bright against the black wall. The room we stayed In was close to the glass disposal and we were disturbed by breaking glass in the night.

There is a really strange smell in the corridors

Coliving is located very close to the port and all kinds of tourist sites, it is very convenient. The room was small but spacious with everything you need - microwave, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. The bed is comfortable, the water in the shower is hot, Wi-Fi is fast - this is the most important thing :) If you have breakfast included, then in the morning you can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire city! Thank you for the complimentary glass of champagne on the same roof and for bag with the logo of your community, it’s very nice.

There was no place in the room to hang clothes or towels to dry. It will take time to figure out the smart home system; for example, I couldn’t turn off the air conditioner, and at night it blew in my face. The hallway smelled like someone died on the floor the entire 3 days I was there. The smell was so disgusting that I could not breathe in the stairwell. Thank God it didn't go inside the room. Breakfast is very French - brioche, cheese and fruit.

- There is no proper professional service, several things were missing upon our arrival, and it was difficult to contact the employees and get clear introduction/information. For example, there was no information upon our arrival of the breakfast location. - There was a really bad sewage smell in the corridor during the whole stay, and the sink and shower were half blocked. - Poor hygiene (a couple of hairs on the bed and the shower when we arrived, and traces of dirt in the couch), plus we were told by an email at the end of the stay to clean and take the trash out when leaving!? Is the cleaning made by the clients then!? - We were provided only 1 key card for 2 people, we could not even enter the building if we were not together... - Unpractical bathroom, specially because of no towel holders.

Die Lage

Wir konnten nicht einchecken, weil der Code für die Schlüsselbox falsch war. Das Personal war nicht zu erreichen und wir standen nach 1500 km Autofahrt nachts bei Regen über 2 Stunden vor der Tür bis zufällig ein Mitarbeiter aus der Rooftop Bar vorbei kam und uns mit der Ersatzschlüsselkarte aufs Zimmer ließ. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und roch ständig nach den Küchendämpfen des Rooftop Restaurants. Zimmer Service nur 1x/Woche. Das Zimmer war laut, nebenan waren Bauarbeiten, die früh morgens begonnen haben. Am Freitagmorgen war eine Feuerprobe und wir wurden gegen 9Uhr aus unserem Zimmer gejagt ohne Vorwarnung. Wir sind Samstag einen Tag früher als geplant vorzeitig ausgecheckt, weil uns der Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht gefallen hat. Das Personal vor Ort war eher überfordert, unsere Beschwerde sollte an die Verantwortlichen weitergeleitet werden, aber bis heute, haben wir weder einen Rückruf noch eine persönliche email erhalten. Auch von Booking haben wir bisher wenig Unterstützung erhalten. Wir fühlen uns betrogen, zumal die Unterkunft den Gesamtbetrag vor Check-in einfordert und abbucht!

Location and facilities excellent, just enough cooking equipment (although had to buy other essentials for cooking eg salt, oil). Comfy bed and sofa. easy check in and check out. Rooftop bar was amazing. Wifi worked well and was easy to connect. Common areas nice.

Not enough cooking equipment eg knives and washing up liquid and basics such as oil . Only 2 pillows on bed. Room was slightly untidy when we arrived eg rubbish on floor and privacy curtain was falling down which we had to fix. Some slow or absent responses from owner. Awful smell in corridors however room was ok.

Nos dejaron toallas solo para una persona y éramos dos (una pequeña y una grande). Me llevé dos días escribiéndoles para que me dieran por favor las toallas, y me contestaban con mensajes automáticos deseándome una buena estancia. En recepción (que es algo similar a un bar), no había nadie las veces que fui. Después de mucho escribirles, conseguí las toallas el último día porque vi a alguien en recepción, por lo que estuve compartiendo toalla con mi pareja toda la estancia. No pasaron ni un solo día a limpiar (estuve 4 días). Otra cosa a destacar, es que entra todo el olor por algún conducto de la comida que hacen otros. Para que os hagáis una idea, toda mi ropa olía a pescado por todo lo que entraba de olor. Por el precio que tiene jamás repetiría, seguro que hay sitios con mejor atención.
