Cute house. Liked the layout and location.

Had multiple issues with AC during the week with surges in the house that stopped AC and refrigeration from working. The back bedroom never gets cool as it’s the most further vent from AC unit. Definitely needs upgraded AC unit and duct work to cool the home. During surges some receptacles worked and others did not. Definitely a safety issue!!!

nice little cottage. very clean and neat. well located. no problem checking in or out.

needs more lighting in the back yard. better parking wouldn’t hurt.

Breakfast, as good as usual. The location was good. Good view and easy access to the beach.

Better lighting at night for the outside stairs and washer and dryer area. Stayed in the upper level facilities only. Lower level facilities too inconvenient to access.
