One shower was blocked and mouldy The other shower's tray moves underfoot Hard floor, thin walls and heavy slamming doors made it very noisy

I was unable to check into the property as I had not been sent check in details (which were supposed to be emailed on the day) and when I phoned the accommodation the person I spoke to hung up. I tried several more times but no reply, and no-one phoned back. I was a lone traveller, standing in the rain waiting to hear back so in the end I had no choice but to make other overnight arrangements. I'm currently waiting to hear back from the property (having sent a message as well as left a phone message) and awaiting a refund.

Very close to the city centre, well maintained, secure and clean. New key cut since previous stay made for a much easier entry and locking of the room

It is very near a nightclub so can get some noise in the early hours.

The room was basic but clean. Good shower, comfy bed.

The communal areas were grotty. In need of paint and over flowing bins. A shame as the actual accommodation was okay.

City centre location, very clean and well looked after. Noise cancelling double glazing
