We spent a lot of time around the pool area. It was private and quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We rented this house from Dec 24, 2022 until Jan 2,2023. When we arrived the pool was alittle green and dirty so we waited to see if anyone was going to show up that day. No one showed up we called them to come clean the pool because it was only getting worse. The pool filter was off and i called them everyday 2 to 3 times a day and it took them 7 days to show up and “clean” the pool. We went 7 days with no pool available to use. When the pool guy showed up he threw 3 liquids in the pool and thought it was going to clean itself and left. He didn’t turn on the vacuum in the pool or the suction or even cleaned it. And I have proof of everything and all messages and pictures from myself to the property manager and the company Vacasa. We could of rented another home that was ALOT cheaper with no pool but we wanted a pool and had to deal with this headache. After the pool guy came and did a horrible job I spoke to the manager and they had to send out a private pool service company because of how bad the pool was. After they came and finally cleaned the pool we only had 1 day to enjoy the clean pool. We also didn’t have access to the shed with all the pool floaty it was locked with a bunch of pool toys and floats inside. The pool heater wasn’t working either. The kitchen was infested with ants and we caught a few roaches around the house and I have pictures of all of this that I’m saying on here! I work as a professional house cleaner and I can’t complain about the cleanliness of the home but we were very disappointed with everything else we had to deal with. And the lack of communication was terrible. They would say someone is coming now to clean and it would take days and days. Very disappointed waited the whole year for this family vacation and left so disappointed with a headache. When we left to come back home we left all towels washed and cleaned, we cleaned the whole house and left the cleaners cash tips on the countertop but I would not rent this place again!

Check in and check out was easy. The place was very nice with lots of extras. It was well decorated with great photographs in all the rooms. Five adults stayed here 4 nights. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Large dining room table to seat 6, plus the kitchen has 3 bar stools. There's even a little screened-in area with a couple of chairs. It was great to have a TV in each bedroom plus a large one in the living area. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with a ceiling fan, plus they have central AC. Plenty of hot water for all the people showing. Outside is a little tropical oasis. Beautify landscaped yard front and back. We loved the pool area. Another large dining table for 6 outside, plus lounge chairs around the pool. The location was great too, a quick drive to all the places we visited. Will book here again.

This beautiful accommodation had everything you can ask for. From its heat pool & beautiful pool area, to being so close to Wilton Manors, Oakland Park, an the beaches it was an inexpensive Uber anywhere we needed to go! We didn’t even need a car! It was close to restaurants an the grocery stores. The house itself is large and one of the nicest we have stayed in. Can’t wait to visit the area again an stay there!

The home is gorgeous, it felt like I was staying at a friend's private house and not a rental property. The home is very bright and cheery, with everything you need. One of the main reasons I like to rent a house, is to have the option to cook at home. This kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets needed to prepare a home cooked meal. The dining area and table are beautiful, windows all around, and one with a view of the pool. The pool is awesome! It was great to have a private heated pool to slip into anytime. I enjoyed it in the AM, before heading out for the day and then again before and after dinner and nothing beats a midnight swim under the full moon. Plenty of space around the pool to soak in the sun and a table for al fresco dinning. They even have separate beach towels for the pool area. The landscaping around the entire house is beautiful. Tropical flowers and lush plants all around and even a mango tree in front (if you are lucky enough to be here in when they are in season) The bedroom I stayed in was bright, the 2 windows really brought in the outside landscape and sun (this is not the primary bedroom either) I had a very comfortable queen bed, plenty of pillows, dresser (6 drawers) and a large closet (with plenty of hangers). They also have TVs in all the bedrooms and one in the main room.... I never used them while I was there, I was too busy enjoying the pool and outside living area. They also have a large laundry room with a sink which came in handy. The washer and dryer are full size, made it easy to wash and dry the pools towels during our stay. I like to “move into” a place when I am on vacation and felt right at home in Casa Contena. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Fort Lauderdale
