Beautiful home and property.

We loved this home as soon as we walked in! All the cute little touches were so sweet. The backyard was amazing. Marina and David were so accomadating with every question we had.

We loved this property! Property owner was very communicative and went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They provided fresh homemade bread, little treats and even brought a coffee grinder over immediately when I reached out to say we couldn’t find one. They let us stay a bit longer on check out day, which was so great. The property itself was a dream! Completely private and quiet, totally updated and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We will definitely be back in any season!

This is a wonderful place to stay at during our birthday and anniversary weekend. Our host made it very special for us with dessert and freshly baked bread made ready for us when we arrived. This is house is such a gem, it's very private, cozy and comfy for all of us. Everything was super clean and the outdoor area was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for such a wonderful hospitality and service. We appreciate it very much.

This is our second time staying at this gem. I had a lot of really great stays at other places throughout time but no other place could offer personal touch like the owners of this place. The house is very cosy and very well thought through. Even though it is fairly small you don’t feel crammed. It is a great place for family gatherings as it has a grand table with a cosy sitting area nearby. Kitchen has absolutely everything you may need and it is always stocked on stuff. Here we come to personal touch. Marina, the owner bakes her own bread and leaves it for guests to try. In all honesty, bread is one of the reasons we came back. The fridge is stocked with bacon, eggs, butter, half and half… I mean you practically have a full breakfast already waiting for you. It is extremely nice of them to offer. They also have a huge game room/gym which has a huge TV and a pingpong table. All for your enjoyment. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms one of which is a master with its own bathroom with a tub. Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, robes and whatever else your heart desires. They also have a laundry room if you need it. Now, the Russian banya. Firstly, it is practically impossible to find a real russian banya in the area. They simply don’t exist. Its a different type of spa. Outdoor space is covered and its huge with hot tub and banya. It also has an outdoor sitting area. We had a great birthday celebration with my family and our one year old and everyone had something to do. We will definitely come back. Great area, good quite neighborhood, welcoming atmosphere… I hope you give this place a chance, it is well worth it. Thank you Marina for your hospitality!

Our stay here was wonderful! The house had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was fully stocked,beds were super comfortable and we really appreciated the fact that all the bedding was 100% cotton. The sauna and hot tub were an excellent addition especially that we were staying in January. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family and would love to be back again.

We loved everything about our stay, from the property's amenities to the thoughtful personal touches by the host. I really can't recommend this enough. The ambiance and privacy of the backyard was amazing, the fully outfitted kitchen was amazing, the comfortable beds were amazing... Really an exceptional stay. You feel like you are a guest in a home, not a rental property.

This home has it all!! The biggest thing I enjoyed was the private backyard. Fully fenced, covered, with so much to do! A sauna, a huge hot tub, fire pit, lots of places to sit. Not to mention the 3 min walk to the bay to enjoy the sunset. Very secluded and relaxing. Bathrobes, towels and slippers were the extra nice touch! We also enjoyed watching a movie on the large projector in the living room, reclining on the sofa and staying warm by the fireplace. Very thoughtful vacation home, would recommend to anyone! I truly have nothing negative to say, it was all around an amazing experience!
